I must give credit, where credit is due. The new phone system was a change we were not ready for. A good few inital issues. Rachel in customer service was superb. She had all of our issues resolved with a single phone call. Everything was up and running smoothly in a matter of minutes.

Be VERY VERY weary of the contracts and clauses, promoting 5 year contracts with sneaky waivers. Unexplained charges and add ons to your bills. Drops in services. Keep an email ONLY trail of communication. And for goodness sake DONT fall for the sales pitch. They are awful. Would never recommend

Excellent service from this company. Michael and Peter were out and set up our new broadband and phone system and did a fantastic job. They made sure everything was up and going before they left and made the changeover very stress free for the company. Would definitely recommend them. They were very professional and lovely guys.
