Problem with Phone fixed asap
Peter Turner came to fix a problem with our cordless phone. He was fantastic and had it fixed in no time. Great fella. Also Jack on the phone was a great help also.

The process from initial contact to installation was impeccable.
Cameron explain everything from start to finish but more importantly was honest and transparent from the beginning. Not trying to pull the wool over our eyes or use dated sales tactics. I would highly recommend yellowcom and Cameron especially for anyone looking for any form of telecom system or broadband.

Rang the Dublin Support number but…
Rang the Dublin Support number but ended up speaking to Natalie in Glasgow. Natalie was friendly, helpful and professional in her dealings with me. She found out the issue and kept me informed as to what was happening. She then called me the next day to check that everything was back and operating correctly. Now that is Customer service as it should be. Thank you and well done Natalie and Support team.
