Yorkstone Supplies Ltd Avis

The service and stone I have received has been over and above that expected. The sales team have been able to guide me from the very first enquiry and couldn’t have been more helpful.
The stone is just fabulous and exactly what I had imagined and wanted and for some reason no one locally could help me. I am so glad I googled “Yorkstone” - one very happy customer who would not hesitate to recommend.

Owen was great to deal with and good communication throughout He supplied some fantastic stone flags all sorted to widths and palleted
Delivered promptly and expertly and all at a good price.
Highly recommended

Really great Customer Service & quick delivery.
Would definitely recommend to a friend if they were in need of some stone.

A fantastic company to deal with - they have been incredibly helpful at the planning stage and really patient explaining the different options available.

first contact with Yorkstone - writing this as an initial comment - first class web chat and info, great website, product looks great, have asked for a confirmation quote to be emailed and 2 samples to be sent.. so far so good.. i'll update once i progress with the order and project

I ordered 30sqm of stone, and specifically asked that delivery be delayed by 3 weeks as I was going on holiday. I was later given a delivery date, which was acceptable. The lorry arrived 2 days early and it was a pure fluke I had just arrived home. The lorry driver was the most bad tempered and unhelpful guy I have ever met. He dumped the stone across my drive (3 pallets) and I had to move the stone by hand out of the way so that I could get my car out. I complained to Yorkstone and one of the Directors personally contacted me to sort out my issue completely. The product itself is superb. All companies have issues from time to time and it is the sign of a great company if they react to complaints in a positive manner. I am a very happy customer.

Great service, fantastic communication

Ordering process was very easy; I had a few questions regarding the sizes and the response was very quick and helpful. Would definitely use them again!

Excellent service from placing order to delivery. The Hebden stone we ordered is absolutely stunning and excellent quality; our new patio has added such a focal point to the garden. Would highly recommend Yorkstone Supplies Ltd.

Bought dry stone walling to increase height of existing wall. Matches perfect in colour. Delivery on date that was promised. Dropped stone on drive on a pallet and took it along drive for us making it easy to empty in back garden.

Very helpful service. Very efficient.

The stone is not fitted yet, so can’t comment on what it looks like in situ. However it does look great sitting on a pallet. Service was good and came a lot quicker than expected.

Excellent service, incl a telephone call with regards to overpayment on our side for transportcharges.

Great selection of stone. Arrived exactly when I needed it. Would highly recommend.

Great service from beginning to delivery of my bespoke sandstone hearth, x2 pieces. Great to be able to speak on the phone, get finishing advice, and receive email confirmations too. Cheers to Donna, kept me updated throughout the process. I love my sandstone, but realised upon receipt, that it needed to dry out further, and acclimatise in my lounge room sitting on my make shift struts, ahead of my installation one week later. Recommend salting the sandstone also, to draw out the residual moisture and any impurities too, as I did .. it worked a treat! Love the final pale natural colour too! Thank you, MDD

Really efficient and quick delivery. Stone is great. Excellent and highly recommended.
