Order took a long time
Order took a long time and no contact was made by the delivery driver to confirm delivery, as a consequence the stone sat on the public highway overnight without and lights or other warnings

Réponse de Yorkstone Supplies Ltd
Good afternoon Richard, Thank you for your feedback, I am sorry the haulier didn't call you 30 minutes before arrival, we use 3rd party delivery companies and it is not always convenient for them to call en route. We did notified you by email 24 hours before delivery, advising delivery date and an AM time frame. Your order was bespoke, therefore a lead time was in place. We will pass your comments onto the haulier and hope they take these on board.
Very helpful service and the stone is lovely!

The York stone itself is lovely. It was cut to my bespoke rquirements and I am really pleased with it : )

Great service
Both the ladies in the office were knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions.
We placed the order with Olivia who was helpful and kept us informed throughout. We love the stone, it’s exactly what we wanted, just waiting for it to be laid. Many thanks. We will recommend based purely on the service we received

Great customer service, Great products
This is the first time we have used Yorkstone Supplies, and we have to say that we have been very impressed by the customer service they have given us. The whole process has been such a walk in the park, which is all you really want when you are a busy Landscaping company. Donna has been very patient with the changing of stone sizes and also very helpful and responsive via email.
Thanks guys for looking after as here at Kiwi Landscapes. you can expect to hear from us again soon when we need some more Yorkstone!
