Zappify Avis 99

I want to return the item and have requested the return address but no one has replied, very frustrating.

If I could give a zero I would. I received my product and was not happy. I mailed it back through the us postal service and they will not give me a refund without a tracking number. I have emailed them numerous times-with getting no wear. When I called to speak to someone because I am upset as a customer for not getting a refund and not having any product that I paid for. They hung up on me. BEWARE DO NOT PURCHASE ZAPPIFY!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Don’t waste your money. No mosquitos killed when left outside at night very close to a wetland. The place is infested, as one might expect. Oddly enough, in fairness, it did seem to function in that about a dozen biting midges were found in the trap the next day. The zapping element has just enough power to do its job of killing flying bugs, but no where near the power of a typical zapper, so bugs were found completely in tact on the zapping element as opposed to being exploded. Of the four I purchased, one would not hold a charge, the others operation time on a charge varied significantly but none worked for more than a few hours. I suspect that the advertised 13 hour battery life only applies to the nightlight mode, not the zapping mode. Deceptive advertising.

The uv light is nothing close to what you see in the ads. It's weak at best. I would not recommend this pos to anyone.!!!!

This is a complete SCAM. The light is crap; it barely shines. Worse yet, it does not attract bugs.

SO bad that it's time to go to the FTC. They lie about the product; they lie about the price (since they add exorbitant "Handling"). All around a terrible experience.

Steer clear of this JUNK. It is worthless.

I bought this device after reading many reviews while searching the best mosquito repellent device and honestly i feel deceived!! First of all, it does not work or attract mosquitoes as promised and after a week or so of using it i reached out to them explaining that they oversold the product as it does not meet expectations. They do not refund your money as advertised! They would charge you a 10% restock fee, I would had to pay for shipping cost do they offer to refund 15%, which they only refunded like 10% only. So NO, i do not recommend this product at all. Fo not waste your money!! And to think this was the “best” rated item… don’t fall for that!!

I am astounded by the 1-star reviews. This took my bee sting away instantly. It works for about 3 hours, then you have to use it again, but within days, my sting and itch was gone. I don't understand. But I can't find it anywhere on the internet now. I may have to find another itch relief pen. I am very disappointed. Did all the negative reviews take away the pen?

Zappify sells on their website for $39.99 plus shipping & insurance, which comes to $53.93. It comes with a flimsy cord having a USB on one end and USB-C on the other, probably for charging on a desktop or laptop. Compared to something in the same overall price range, like a Flotron, for example. It fails comparison. I returned my right away which cost me an additional $14.40. I suggest staying clear of Zappify. One star is more than this product deserves.

Less than ZERO. That is not an option on the scoring stars. I purchased five of the Zappity Pro mosquito zappers and a Zappify itch relief pen for my daughter's outdoor wedding reception. I precharged the Zappers to 100 percent and verified they maintained the charge prior to use. I purchased mosquito attractant to place in the bases per instructions. by the end of the reception evening, there was not one mosquito in any of the five zappers. I used it again on an evening afterward during outdoor dining. it was hanging from the center umbrella pole. again, not one mosquito was zapped or in trap. Mosquitos were biting us and we had to go inside, since the zapper did not work.

As far as the Zapify itch relief pen, it NEVER heated or vibrated when fully charged, even while still plugged in.

I ordered this product online at the price of 89.99 for 3 devices. When my card was charged the price jumped the 213.00 . Tied to cancel the order but Myzappify said that they could not cancel the order. I Just what everyone to know that this site and products are a scam and do not buy this product.

After a fishing trip to Canada last year, I came home and researched bug zappers. Bought a Zappify and took it along last week to Canada. During the week it killed exactly 0 bugs! Makes a nice nightlight though. Waste of money.

I have a 2.0 and it cannot kill a fly let alone Mosquitoes.
Tried it during the day and at night, same results no dead flying objects in or near the device. After four days I found two or three gnats or flies inside dead. The bottom does not unscrew so you have to wash it in your sink. Try something else but not the Zappify 2.0

They doubled billed my credit card and when I returned the 2nd order they did not refund 32 dollars for shipping. Both orders were sent together in the same box. They said their policy does not allow them to refund shipping cost.

Same firm using different names on the same product. ( ZAPPIFY & MYZAPPIFY VERSION 2.0)

Seems again the usual marketing scam tactics that i been posting about on my other reviews.

I have noticed that any ad article on any site ( yahoo, youtube, etc...) high % of them. If not all of them are scams being advertised to the consumer base.

General rule of thumb:
Research ( google it ), before you hit the buy button.

The bug zappers did not work so I asked for a refund and they gave me a RMA number however 8 months later still do not have my refund nor the zappers - those were mailed back and PayPal is not helping!!!!!

Bogus as all get out. Mosquitos were more attracted to my TV. I demanded a refund and had to ship the product back. They wouldn’t issue a refund until they received the product. Fair enough. But since tracking number indicated it had been delivered, no response. Rip off. Buyer beware.

Instead of buying this rubbish product for so high cost which looks like a tiny toy and could hardly capture any mosquitoes, better go to bunnings for a better, reasonable and great performance product.
Don't get carried away with the information and the look of the product, it's a total scam.

If I could give zero stars I would. TOTAL SCAM. They charge hidden delivery fees. Would not return funds. Product never arrived and they still will not take accountability and return funds. Do not order from this company.

Product doesn’t work. Virtually tricked into buying - money taken before final confirmation. AVOID!

Useless product. Does nothing. Don’t waste your money.
