Total rip off. They just light up , nothing more and you have to charge them everyday to get them to DO NOTHING. Phone number disconnected and they never answered my email.

I looked at this, foolishly entered my card info, never saw shipping charges and I never confirmed the final sale. My card was charged as if I had. Just trying to exit the site was hard, because it constantly bombarded you with additional discounts or items.

I want a refund to my card. Nothing back from email (the only way to contact the company). Now I filed an objection with my CC company.

1 HOUR LATER: Company replies to my email, no name or signature:

Additionally, I want to inform you that we can certainly assist you with canceling the order. However, as outlined in our terms and conditions, specifically section 22 under cancellations, there is a 15% cancellation fee applicable.

I immediately objected. NO REPLY

Within two hours (on a Sunday!) I canceled the order completely in a follow up email.

MONDAY MORNING:

Company email notifies me it is too late to cancel the order because it has processed to ship.

MY REPLY:

This is damn near criminal.

I had immediately emailed that I had not completed the order, had never seen the shipping amount, and did not want the product. You informed me that you would be HAPPY to cancel the order, but there was a cancellaton fee (which is also fraudulent). I immediately wrote back and objected to the cancellation fee, and when no one wrote back within a couple hours, I wrote back and told you to cancel my order.

This all transpired within a few hours. You knew I was unhappy to begin with and that I did not want the items. You had notice of this from the outset.

I'm filing an objection with my credit card company, I'm going to notify the appropriate business and reporting bureaus, and I will; also make sure everyone on social media knows what a rip off your company is.

I will get my money back, one way or the other.

This is the absolute worst thing I have ever seen. I just tried it out for 30-35 minutes right in front of me and not only did it not kill any bugs I got bit by two. Such a waste of money.Must have paid a pretty penny to put the review at the top.

Ordered 3 zappify pros that were supposed to be $89. As soon as I hit the Paypal pay, it automatically added an inflated $26.95 shipping and handling fee to my order and immediately charged my credit card. Then I recieved my zappers and only 2 of them would power up. One was totally dead! I have tried to contact this company several times for a replacement or refund with only a generic email reply with ways to fix the zapper which is totally dead and unfixable! This place is a total SCAM!

Zappify is a scam. They overcharge on service fees. That's where they make their money. Fees were charged after making the original notification of costs. I immediately sent a note to cancel the sale within 15 mins and they indicated it was too late to cancel. REALLY???? I have been back & forth with them over returning the product and they never fully answer your question. So, you constantly waste time going back & forth with them. They probably don't make any money on the product, but rather on all the fees charged.

I canceled my order before it ever hit my credit card and they wouldn't stop shipping. Told me once it had been ordered, their fulfillment process was so automated the order couldn't be stopped. That's a terrible flaw in the system. I cancelled the order when I found all the terrible reviews about their product and also found out shipping costs were $21.00 and I live in Kansas. Double what it should have been. So they tell me to decline the order when it shows up which I did, but they didn't refund my money until I contacted them. You must contact them even though they had received the product back in the warehouse. Only then will they refund the cost of the product, but they STILL charged me $21.00 shipping even though they could have stopped the product from ever shipping when I had cancelled the order 3 minutes after I had hit enter.

This "company" is a total scam. I live in a heavy wooded area and after purchasing one and putting it outside, it killed ZERO mosquitoes. I literally was there next to it for hours and nothing. I emailed support within 5 days of receiving so I could get my full refund. A whole month passed, the emails were getting returned because their server was rejecting them. I did my homework and found another email. I wrote them to ask for instructions for return/Refund. They offered 30% refund, then 40% and for me to keep it. It was not until I got upset and said that I would not be accepting less than 100% and that they were deceiving customers, plus I was not interested in keeping something that clearly does not work, that they agreed to receive my return. I think they try to get people tired of fighting to keep the money and that's how they keep going.

For those thinking on buying this joke, don't!!! It's amazing how many fake reviews and articles they have all over the place claiming it actually works. Don't fall for it.

I purchased a Zappify Z20 and it would not charge. I complained through email as I couldn't find a number. I received two responses from customer service asking for more information each time which I supplied and never heard back. This company is a scam.

This is a horrible product and does not work at all! Don't waste your money!

I bought the Zappify unit direct from the company after reading several articles and reviews. The unit worked twice then it refused to charge again. It did kill some bugs the two times it worked(no mosquitos). After the products failure I did a more in depth investigation on the web and came up with a lot of poor reviews. Obviously these reviews were culled from the company sponsored reviews ie....5 best bug zappers for 2024. This product is a good idea that is very poorly executed. Based on my experience and data I have gathered my honest opinion is that this product is junk. Save your money a do not purchase this product.

I ordered the Zappify product and it came with a 90% charge on it. I charged it to 100% and set it outside on my porch. I have a screened in porch/pool area so it wasn’t outside in the elements. The next morning there was about 3 gnats inside the zapper. I brought it in to charge and it won’t take a charge and I’ve tried everything they suggested. They did not offer to send me a new one, they just said “We will send you $11.99 for your trouble” (30%). The product was $39.99 plus $8.95 shipping and a $4.99 convience levy. So $53.94 for nothing. I wasn’t aware of the shipping or convience levy until they had charged my card. Buyer beware. They should offer a replacement or a full refund.

horrible website. No option for reassess price for unit. Did not clairfy it was in US funds. Just charged me. Very trap like.

Don't waste your money. Does not work even with mosquito attractant. Had it less than one month and my shepherd's tail knocked it off the night stand. Pulled the wires out of the charger. Been trying to get a replacement charger since. No response.

i ordered & received four Zappifys and paid well over $120.
i agree with all the comments that gave one star. i have a lot of mosquitoes on my front porch. no mosquitoes were zapped. none. notta.
customer support does not exist. the listed phone #855-622-2097 does not work. my emails to the company have not garnered any response.
all of this within my 30 days. waste of $$$

Bought one and it quit working in two weeks only thing that works now is the bottom light. And I can’t find a way to get in touch with them.

Terrible product! Bought 3 for me and family! As I stand outside, mosquitos come to me and ignore the Zappify!
I’ll never buy another through this advertising system or trust promoters!
Totally a fake!!!

I ordered the 3 Zappers and when they arrived (in a plastic bag) I charged all of them to 100% like the instruction said. One of them didn't work at all and the other two worked for a while the first night, but then they went completely dead and NO amount of charging would bring them up or even light the LCD screen! I wrote to their email address and they actually answered right away, but their solution was to offer me a 30% refund. I wrote back telling them that would mean I just spent almost $86 for items that don't work and that was unacceptable. They then offered me a 40% refund! I wrote back asking for the exact return process including all fees. As of today they have not responded. This place is a way to scam you out of money! I never usually fall for these; don't become their next victim!!
UPDATE: After emailing back & forth with them, I finally sent the 3 bug zappers back to them, paying for the shipping of course. They then FINALLY offered me a choice of replacement items (NOT!), or a refund. I chose the latter, and was refunded @ $89.00. They took restock fees and whatever other fees out of the original $123.00, and of course I paid for the shipping back to them. I didn't receive it back on my card until @ October 1st. I felt it was a lesson well learned and hope all of you that read this will be cautious!!

did not inform me that there was an extra charge added to my order. When I complained I got no response. I received the product. I used it in my bathroom for two nights, all night long and both mornings I killed two mosquitos in my bathroom. The zappify has only killed about 4 nats and zero mosquitos to date.

Not only is the product worthless, the company is a joke as well. They ignored 5 emails and only answered when threatened. Very unprofessional. DO NOT BUY THIS!!!

I've had it for 3 days it's been in my house it's running it's on I'm getting bit up by mosquitoes it doesn't do anything it doesn't even attract them and there's not one mosquito that is gone in it don't waste your money don't waste your time
