Zappify Avis 99

Zappify is great if you have a harmless moth problem because those are the only thing it kills . I have not seen even one dead mosquito in it . It was placed in a problem area . Total waste of money !

TOTAL SCAM. Product does not work. I requested a full refund per their 30-day guarantee. Was offered a 30% discount which I denied. Then was offered a 40% discount which I denied. Now they keep sending me e-mails saying they haven't heard from - I reply to all of these but do not get a response in return to help resolve the matter.

First thing was webpage mentioned quick shipping and charged me almost $30 to ship and I got the units about 4 weeks after I ordered them. And then if I used them with battery only they lasted a very short time. And finally after a couple of weeks they did not kill any bugs. Plus my emails asking for return instructions were ignored. Embarrassed I fell for this scam.

Put in an order today. Shipping charge did not appear until AFTER the charge was completed. A $26 shipping charge is absurd, so I immediately canceled the order. After a number of back-and-forth emails, they informed me I'll be charged a 15% cancellation fee. Unbelievable business practices. Do not order from this company; based on my experience and the experience of everyone else on this site, they shouldn’t be in business.

Do NOT buy from this company! Wish I had read the reviews before buying. I wanted to return the product unopened and they said they would refund me 40% of what I paid and I would have to pay for the shipping! WHAT??? How are they in business. The WORST customer support ever.

Nope. Doesn't do anything.. Only a nice blue light.. Good thing I bought from Amazon, I got refunded...

Completely useless. I see mosquitoes flying within a couple of feet of it and they pay it no mind. I bought 2 of them for two problem areas and I see mosquitoes every day. None have been attracted to the Zappify. None have been caught. DON’T FALL FOR THE COMMERCIAL!!

Complete SCAM!! Do not order! i want to return and customer service does not respond to any emails. DO NOT BUY!

First purchase of 3 units they charged me shipping and a "Levy" fee, the website says Free Shipping, I was able to get a refund for the shipping after complaining to the BBB. I received the unit, one would not work out of the box, no response on emails, phone number is disconnected. TERRIBLE experience.

They do not attract mosquitos!
We had mosquitos all on our legs and Zappify within a foot of us. To be clear it was charged and was on. Very disappointed. Paid $28 to return them for a refund. Hate we fell for it.

Ordered 1 Zappify based on the advertisement.
They say it will last hours and kill mosquitos. 30 Day back quarentee.
LIES ALL LIES.
IT IS ALL A SCAM.
When you order it and it arrives you will not get the plug that you need to recharge it. When you do finally get it recharged. You will be lucky to get a couple of hours before it dies. Then when you contact their customer service, they will not contact you back. I had to contact my credit card company and I sent the piece of JUNK back.
Save your money & the headaches.

What a scam this product is. It's made cheaply and doesn't even work like they claim. Shipping took long. Hooked me into purchasing two of them. What a waste of money! Don't waste your money like the rest of us. If I could return it would! No way to contacting customer service department to return. It's a total scam people!

I think it is a scam. No support number, no answer to email. Ordered 10 days ago, it seems to have stuck in Coppel somewhere.

Took over 3 weeks to come ($40 shipping charge)... They added a "warranty" - which I did not even know about. I ordered 5 (stupid me), and got No Tracking info (as they promised I would), and no contact at all... I tried to cancel the order before it arrived through email (the only contact info given), with ZERO response. I did receive the box (partially open), the next day. I sealed it up and have been sending 2 emails / day to send it back - unopened - with ZERO response so far. They took me for $190+ for a box of crap. I am going to try a "return to sender" through USPS - not sure if they will do that. Next I will ask my bank to dispute these charges, and see if they can refund it back to me. STAY FAR AWAY FROM ZAPPIFY!!!

It is now 4th of July... I ended up sending the unopened box back to the return address on the box, through the USPS (how it was shipped) - which did not cost me anything (Mind you - I never received any response from 15 emails I sent to the ("hello@"... email), so I gambled and returned the unopened box on my own - with no directions to do so... I finally got an email from them - about 5 days later (I assume once they received the box of 5), and said they were going to refund my money to the debit card I used to purchase - Minus the shipping overcharge ($40) and Minus the $4.99 "Fee" that they also charged me, which they did... So it cost me $45 for this mistake... THIS IS HOW THEY MAKE THEIR MONEY FOLKS!!!!... STAY AWAY!!!!

I purchased a 3-pack and upon arrival only 2 of them worked. I contacted customer service (no issues there), was told to provide a video showing that the third unit did not work. I did this and was told I did not have to return the broken unit and they would send me a new one. I did get a new one, I took it out of the box and it worked for about 2 seconds…and it has been completely dead since then. No complaints with customer service and no complaints about the 2 units I do have, they do work.
However, their shipping & handling leaves a lot to be desired. Units are shipped in thin boxes which are put in bags and are beat up by the time you receive them. Of the 4 units I now have, 2 of them had damaged boxes. Coincidentally, I have 2 units that don’t work. Hmmm!
If these units are as sensitive as they seem to be, better packaging may help them arrive in working condition.

The product was supposedly $29.95. By the time tax, insurance and a $4.99 charge was added, it was over #$53.00. Well, I thought if it did everything it said, it would be worth it, so I add another to my order, bringing the order to over $91. Then I stopped. No I can’t afford that. I will get one and try it. I did not push any button to complete the order! I started over to get one. Guess what? I now have three and they do not work as described. Instead of drawing in gnats, the gnats sit on top. NOTHING was said in the ad that you had to buy some bait to attract mosquitoes or gnats or flies. This is false advertising. I did call a girl to ask how I could return the extra? No deal. I was took, don't you be. Look for other vendors of the same thing. This company was featured on Facebook. I will not buy from another Facebook advertiser. Also, all my email from them, has disappeared from my email completely, trash and sent in my emails still have mail surrounding the date.

I was so excited to buy this product and support local. However….incredibly poor communication. No phone number. Days long email responses if any. Our order was billed right away and we were sent a tracking number. The order appears to be held up in GA for a MONTH now and no accountability or response from the company. So disappointing. Looks like we will have to refute the charge and find a superior product and company platform. Purchase at your own risk

SCAM!! Do not purchase! I did not complete my purchase yet I was charged for products I did not order. I never received the items that they charged me for, and though I contacted them on the same day I was charged for the products, customer service was of no help whatsoever. I had to go to my credit card company to file a dispute.
