Arrived in good time, in good condition

The Ebike arrived in good time, in good condition. It was a struggle to assemble, but that is my weakness. The paper manual is minimalist, so it took various tries to get things right. Finally asked about the maximum speed limit at 10 k/h and was informed about the PAS function - so now all ok.

Support does not respond to warranty claims

I have made contact about replacing my controller as my bike has stopped working and is still ckvered under warranty but i have not recieved any reply and it has been weeks. This is unacceptable seeing as they claim to have support that is available 24/7 over email.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Absolutely awful customer service from this company. The scooter worked for one week and then would not turn back on even after charging. Initially they responded to emails and ensured they would get it fixed. It has now been months and the company have stopped replying to emails or they just drip feed me a response every so often to tell me they are still working on finding a solution. They don’t have a phone number you can contact them on. We are left almost $1000 out of pocket and have a scooter that is completely unusable. They instructed us take photos and videos which we did and ensured we were having a new part or battery sent out. They still have not sent the parts out, now have stopped responding and the scooter has been sitting in the garage unusable for months. Absolutely the worst customer service. We have asked for a refund or a replacement several times. Absolutely nothing. I have been more than patient and calm with this company. But it is not fair that they can provide a faulty product and then treat their customers this way. They also had the hid to ask me to remove my previous one star review throughout this process with no rectifications or solutions made.

DO NOT PURCHASE!!!

Absolutely appalled with the customer…

Absolutely appalled with the customer service from this company. The scooter they sent us was not put together properly and fell apart after 10 days of use. Initially they responded to emails and ensured they would get it fixed. It has now been months and the company have stopped replying to emails. They don’t have a phone number you can contact them on. We are left almost $1000 out of pocket and have a scooter that is completely unusable. They instructed us to take it to a repairer and that they would pay. They still have not sent the parts out, the scooter has been sitting at the repair shop for over 8 weeks. Absolutely outraged, I have a distraught son as this was his birthday present. We have asked for a refund or a replacement several times. Absolutely nothing. I have been more than patient and calm with this company. But it is not fair that they can provide a faulty product and then treat their customers this way.

Problems with tyres and tubes
I had to buy new tubes they send the bikes with flat tyres and stuffed tubes my brothers bike was the same. No help from seller at all.
