Ordered on the 8th

Ordered on the 8th, now the 31st and still no bike. Went with this company because of the next day same week shipping claim, but still waiting. Regardless of whose end its on, it hasn't arrived. The reviews for the courier company aren't great either. With the amount of good reviews I've been just trusting the processes.

loving the bike. Been using for 2 weeks now no dramas. The customer service and follow ups were great! Did take a long to to arrive.

Great response

Great response. Time from the crew at Zepher bikes missing luggage rack but sorted straight off the bat would recommend.

Delivery was not a great experience

Delivery was not a great experience. They state on the website 4-10 days delivery on the 10th day I hadn’t received any communication from anyone about the delivery, then I called the delivery company with the tracking number and they said that the tracking number is not correct and not there’s I then had to contact zephyr make them aware and wait another 8days without any offer of compensation. It really wasn’t good I had no vehicle and was relying on it
The bike itself is wonderful and had no problems

A1 customer e-support

The Zephyr team backed their commitment to customer satisfaction by settling an issue caused by the overseas manufacturer. Great communication, the type of support a customer needs when buying something like an e-bike online.

Customer service second to none…

The number 1 part of my great customer experience was the text message I received with the hour of purchase, welcoming me as a customer etc, then during Xmas new yr shenanigans, zephyr never left any of my questions unanswered, they responded to me with courtesy and respect. I will recommend zephyr to all my friends n family and for the price I paid, I'm so happy.

Fabulous customer service and product

After doing lots of research on e-bikes, we purchased a zephyr ebike for our teenager son. The bike arrived promptly and was very straight forward to assemble. The customer service and follow up responses from the Zephyr team have been fabulous. And most importantly our teenager loves his new bike!

I received my bike sooner than…

I received my bike sooner than expected, well packed.
Tiny problem was resolved with quick response from the office.
Overall I'm very happy that I've chosen this shop.

Instructions for assembly need some work

Instructions for assembly need some work, the photos are very unclear. There are plenty of assembly videos online though. Also very important to seat tyres correctly, using soapy water helps, I had the rear come off the rim once before using it. The bike has been great so far, dual battery range seems to be good, haven’t tested the total range yet, but easily did ~30 or so km with the battery still capable of more. Pedal assist takes a little getting used to haven’t tried the throttle control yet either.

Got the bike in good time.

Got the bike in good time.
Well packed for weight.
Everything spotless and clean.
Easy enough to put together.
What a great piece of engineering all welding and components are excellent quality.

Rides amazing I must say I am very impressed well worth price paid.
The sales support team have done a great job on delivering and swift reply.
All over I a extremely happy with the purchase and would highly recommend Zephyrebikes products.

Thanks again for the great ride in this new world of ebike.

Love my new e-bike dual battery

Love my new e-bike dual battery. Instructions booklet could do with an upgrade, photos look out of focus and maybe a link or scan code to instructions on YouTube for assembly and throttle/ speed videos. Had a little trouble with the tires popping out of the rim groove but worked out how to persuade it in with a rubber mallet. Delivery was prompt and box came unblemished. It’s my new mode of transport.

My bike came and the crank wasn’t…

My bike came and the crank wasn’t working it must of got damaged in the mail and I emailed Zephyrebikes a couple days later and they replied straight away and sent me a new crank and paid for it to be added to my bike then my pegs broke and they immediately sent pegs in about 3 days these guys are very efficient and I highly recommend buying from them

No after sale support / scam

Bike came with the brake handles reversed, which is not an easy fix and can be dangerous while activating RH throttle. No contact details for the company anywhere apart from a text service and a email that does not respond at all. During some texts, I determined it is an AI bot that cannot connect you with anyone to assist.

Cruise X3

Purchased a Cruise X3 on the 30th of December 2025. It arrived at my home in Brisbane 1 week later. It was easy to set up and rides really well!
