Super friendly and helpful, nothing was a problem . My husband loves his Zephyr e-bike. Can’t wait to take it caravanning with us . Fast delivery .

Surprisingly great!

I ordered this bike on Thursday around 1pm and received my bike at 9:30am Saturday, it came almost completely set up and was easy to finish. Genuinely no complaints, throttle didn’t work at first, sent an email and got a reply within 20 minutes with a video showing up to enable it. P.s the bike actually goes up to 52kmh, absolute gun and looks like a motorbike essentially, so happy with this.

Great bike

Bike order and delivery was great instruction book etc fairly easy to use
Had to use YouTube to work out how to set accelerator and speeds though
A lot of functions on there I’m not sure of but feeling our way

My son ordered his bike on the 24Nov

My son ordered his bike on the 24Nov. Sitting at depot since then and notices haven't changed in the last 7days.
When ordered timeline 10-14days.
Most disappointed in our experience to date and we are still waiting for the bike!

Feedback requested when 2 weeks later…

Can’t give product feedback as 2 weeks later it still hasn’t arrived. No notification. Had to spend 2.5 hours tracking toll. They have not been at all helpful promising 2 deliveries and just not showing up.

awesome customer support and great bike

Ive had the bike for 2 days and it’s been so much fun. Only negative thing was the tube popped so i replaced it and it popped again which then i realised the tyre itself was faulty with a worn bead so i reached out to customer support and they’ve been really helpful and offered compensation so overall i've been really happy with how the bike rides

Good bike

Good bike, I just didn’t realise it hasn’t got hydraulic breaks. My son’s bike has and the breaks are so much better on his. Other than that it’s good.

Cruise X2

The bikes is good for it's price, I got it on a discount sale and it works really good. My only feedback however would be that when you are getting it delivered I would recommend that you are at home during the date it would be delivered because it is labelled on the side of the boxing "Electric Bike", which in my opinion is just asking to be stolen. Luckily nothing happened to my bike, and it arrived smoothly.

Our records show that your order was successfully delivered within 10 business days, which is within our stated delivery timeframe. Unfortunately, during transit there were carrier delays and incorrect tracking updates, which can understandably make it appear as though a delivery is taking longer than it actually is.

We appreciate that waiting on tracking updates can be frustrating, and we followed this up with the courier as soon as it was raised.

Just got my delivery .The driver didn’t…

Just got my delivery .The driver didn’t even ring my door bell! He just dumped the package on
A pallet in my driveway. The pallet is on the nature strip for him to collect. Disgraceful service

This is not the standard of service we expect from our courier partners. Unfortunately, the final delivery procedure (including doorbell use and placement) is handled by the carrier, but we completely understand how frustrating and disappointing that experience would have been.

We’ve raised this directly with the courier to ensure it’s followed up and doesn’t happen again.

The bike arrived a little confusing…

The bike arrived a little confusing putting together as the booklet was very poor picture quality and instructions confusing
But found you tube video to watch
The bike itself is fantastic very well built incredibly strong
Once again went on line to figure out how to get the twist throttle to work but all good now
Rides well I am a little short at 175cm but did eventually managed to get my leg up and over but once on great
Would well and truly recommend this bike

Bent cable which controls the brakes…

Bent cable which controls the brakes rtc
Back tyre has been squashed due to weight of the bike, unable to pump up tyre, tyre is not aligned inside of rim, sits out. Unable to ride the e-bike
Have tried to contact company but no reply.
Received bike only yesterday

Great Bike. Great Service

The bike arrived in good packaging and in good order on the date promised. I'm very impressed. I had a couple initial questions and needed some assistance with one or two things. I sent an email to your support and received very detailed prompt explanations on what I needed. I'm enjoying my bike and want to thank you and your crew for a great experience and a great bike.
