Found the product in their website with all the details listed so I knew it was the right pump for my pool. The online process was easy from choosing the item to the payment and delivery. I did have to email the team with a question but they were straight back to me with an answer. The item came earlier than expected which was great and works perfectly.

I placed my order late on a Sunday and stupidly entered an incorrect delivery address. In a panic, I sent an email and WhatsApp explaining what I’d done and hoped someone would come back to me on the following day (Monday), however, Claire responded to my messages on the same day and resolved my problem. Absolutely amazing customer service. Order arrived on Tuesday and delivery was free. Price of the item was also the lowest price I could find anywhere. I will now be using 123 Pools for all my future pool needs. Thank you Claire for providing a wonderful shopping experience from start to finish. These guys are, to put it simply, just great.

Nothing was too much for the guys at 123 pools double checked my order with and and advised on the adapters that were needed and quickly added those to my order and was delivered within 5 days as stated can not fault them at all 5 stars

I originally purchased a pool heater through 123 Pools a couple of months ago - great price, and instead of installing it myself I got my "experienced" (so he said!) assistant to complete pipework - and it didn't work! Despite it being a Bank Holiday in UK I (with hope) messaged Claire at 123 .... and with her suggestions discovered pipework had been connected wrong way round by ourselves 🙈. To get a reply and technical knowledge within an hour on a Bank Holiday was astounding. Fabulous.
A few days later an item on my pump/filter failed on my self installed pool in France. I tried to initially source part in France, then upon return to UK tried many sources, without success as item "out-of-stock" everywhere. With just a week to go before return to France in desperation and with minor hope I messaged 123 on a Saturday afternoon. Numerous messages later, including Claire following up the next day (Sunday!), by the Monday morning the item was sourced, ordered, and I hope dispatched. Thus allowing my upcoming house (incl. pool) rental to go ahead. And this an item costing just a few pounds!
Without Claire's help and perseverance my stress levels would have been through the roof !! After speaking to so many other potential suppliers in previous days, always being told out of stock, to have the help, support, desire to understand my need and urgency from Claire to come up trumps was incredible.

123 Pools are excellent. I wanted to buy a heat pump to go with my above ground pool. Claire advised exactly what to buy for our size of pool and she was on hand to help us set-up, when we had a few questions. Can't recommend them enough. Will definitely be a returning customer :-)

Nothing connected between pool, filter and heater bought separately. But I bought Flotide from 123. 123 sorted it out!! Best buy all from 123 for ease!

Great service

I bought 50 PH strips for pool however there was only 20. The container clearly stated 50, advertised on the web site. i dont like to be told i am wrong. This issue was lather resolved, a further 20 strips was sent in the post.

Amazing product and service. We bought a heater for the pool, from the start we received comprehensive and good technical advice. After purchasing we have contacted them several times to get advice and connection to a filter from a different supplier. They were fantastic, they are now our go to people for all things pool. Helpful and genuine service, that I would highly recommend.
