Ich habe einen Akku für meinen Sony Vaio bestellt.
Der wurde durch den Vaio nicht erkannt.
Darauf habe ich eine RMA-Nummer für die Rücksendung angefordert. Erst hat man Beweise (Bilder, Videos) gefordert. Dann sollte ich noch mehrere Woche warten, da das Lager irgendwelche Probleme hat. Ich habe das nicht akzeptiert und eine Frist gesetzt bis ich diese RMA Nummer erhalte. Diese habe ich bis heute nicht und werde wohl auf meinem defekten Akku sitzen bleiben.
Ich werde nie wieder von dieser Firma bestellen.

Keine Rücknahme von Altbatterien
Jedes Geschäft in Deutschland, das Batterien oder Akkus verkauft, muss die (baugleichen) Altbatterien zurücknehmen und fachgerecht entsorgen.
Akkubuy entzieht sich dem und sagt lapidar: "Wir haben kein Rücknahmesystem."
Ich weiß nicht, warum die das dürfen oder ob die sich einfach nicht ans Gesetz halten, aber ich finde es schlicht eine Schweinerei!

In Deutschland gibt es Vorschriften, die Geschäfte, die Batterien oder Akkus verkaufen, dazu verpflichten, Altbatterien zu recyceln und fachgerecht zu entsorgen. Dies ist eine wichtige Maßnahme zum Schutz der Umwelt, zur Abfallreduzierung und zur Gewährleistung einer nachhaltigen Entwicklung.
Wir sind besorgt darüber, dass die Akkubuy-Filialen kein Recyclingsystem eingerichtet haben. Overall positive
Quick delivery and for the most part easy installation. However, the battery did not fit perfectly into my Razer Blade 15 (2021 Advanced Model) though. The screw pieces very slightly off so I had to use a decent amount of pressure to put the battery in place. Other than that all good, hope it's gonna last a few years.

Ich habe einen Akku für mein Acer Aspire bestellt. Die Bestellung kam bei mir an und wir hatten eine Fehler. Ich habe die Akkubuy darauf angeschrieben und sie haben direkt mit mit Kontakt aufgebaut und das Problem gelöst. Der Service ist sehr gut und ich bin sehr zufrieden. Es tut mir zutiefst leid zu hören, dass die Akkuabnutzungsrate nach dem dritten Aufladen 28,9 % erreicht hat. Dies entspricht definitiv nicht der normalen Leistung unserer Produkte und wir entschuldigen uns aufrichtig dafür. Wir nehmen Ihr Feedback sehr ernst und sind uns bewusst, dass es möglicherweise Probleme mit der Qualität unserer Batterien gibt.
Zunächst möchte ich Ihnen das Konzept der Batterieverschleißrate erklären. Die Batterieverschleißrate bezieht sich auf den Grad der Verschlechterung der Batterieleistung während des Ladens und Entladens. Unter normalen Umständen nimmt die Batterieabnutzungsrate mit zunehmender Nutzungsdauer allmählich zu, aber unter normalen Umständen sollte die Batterieabnutzungsrate nach der dritten Ladung deutlich unter 28,9 % liegen. Daher erkennen wir an, dass dies tatsächlich ein enttäuschendes Ergebnis ist.
Wir haben eine Untersuchung des bei Ihnen aufgetretenen Problems eingeleitet und werden so schnell wie möglich die Ursache des Problems herausfinden. Wir werden uns schnellstmöglich mit Ihnen in Verbindung setzen, um weitere Einzelheiten zu erfahren und Ihnen entsprechende Lösungen anzubieten.
