Alaur has been absolutely brilliant. He carried out a level 2 survey for a house purchase, and produced a very detailed and informative document explaining the results. He then called on the same day to summarise the results, as well as offering a video call to go through any concerns/run through the results in greater detail. Through all of this, Alaur has been super easy to communicate with, very kind, and also been so helpful in answering any questions. We’d absolutely recommend him! Oh and very fair pricing for such service too!

I hired Arc Consultants to complete a Level 2 survey for my new property purchase after receiving three referrals, including this one from my real estate agent. Good price, phoned me as soon as the survey was completed to give update. I also got the report sent to me within the time frame given. Nice and friendly. Helpful. I was unable to follow up with a conversation due to working hours.

I recently used ARC Consultants Ltd for a level 3 survey on a house I was hoping to purchase. The service provided was nothing short of outstanding from start to finish. Alaur was quick to respond to my enquiry and we had the survey booked and carried out within a week. Nothing was missed and we promptly received a phone call to discuss the outcomes of the survey followed by a very detailed and well explained report. Unfortunately the house had some hidden issues which meant we decided not to go through with the purchase but again Alaur was absolutely fantastic and helped us to make the right decision by explaining everything in terms that we understood and provided any potential solutions with prices for the issues that were found.
