Thank you to the team for transforming Dad's bathroom. The communications from the head office team were timely, including checking in during the job to make sure that all was going well. Geoff, the surveyor, added some items to the design that were initially not considered but welcomed. Hats off to Fraser, the installer, who worked exceptionally hard during the build dealing with all the challenges that a wonky, unmaintained room could throw at him. One element of the design could not be executed because of the room and I received a communication on the same day to say that the cost relating to this would be refunded. Fraser was also timely and cleaned up after himself every evening conscious that Dad would need access to the bathroom over night. All rubbish was cleared from the property promptly and sustainably. Fraser explained the features of the bathroom to Dad so he knew how it worked. I have no hesitation in recommending Assistive Bathing.

Construction of a new shower and toilets
Jon O ‘Neil was totally professional, polite and extremely helpful with all of the construction of our new shower. He listened carefully to our needs both now and in the future and acted accordingly in a very helpful way. He was a pleasure to have in our house. Lumi went out of her way to be accommodating and helpful with each question we asked on the phone. We would throughly recommend assistive bathing .

Exceded expectations
From my first enquiry, through the visits of a representative, a surveyor and ther installation itself thie company have been professional, polite and friendly. Sharon on the phone enquiring if everythings was ok and Fraser my fitter who was punctual and explained what he was doing. The resulting installation exceeds my expectations. I am very happy.

Fantastic service from Assistive…
Fantastic service from Assistive Bathing, from Rachel in the office, Rob for design and showing the products, Alan for the survey and last,but not least, Jamie (pocket rocket) for the fitting. I was told it would take seven days to complete my walk in shower and update rest of bathroom, but was finished in five! Jamie works methodically and quickly but is very particular when building the new shower room. Thanks everyone for making me feel so much safer and giving me a lovely new walk in shower.

From start to finish. Craig was helpful n explained everything in a way i could understand. Racheal in the office was really friendly n checked up all through the process. But credit is due to alex the fitter he was amazing. Professional very friendly tolerant of interfering people his work is second to none. Very clean respectfull cant praise him enough to be honest.

Very experienced fitter and friendly team.
The bathroom refit went smoothly and professionally throughout the process. Suitable suggestions were made by the surveyor, Alan, and by the very professional and personable fitter Warren, who we cannot praise enough for the way he handled problems arising during the refit. Rachel in the office kept constant contact on progress. The finished bathroom will make such a difference to the quality of life of my husband who has Parkinson’s.
Update: comittment- Warren travelled 2.5 hrs each way on the following weekend to fix an issue which took under an hour. Thank you so much Warren. Much appreciated.
Removal of the rubbish was the least well informed, but the removal itself was quick and efficient .

Assistive Bathing is a great company.
Great company to deal with. Spoke a few times with Sharon in the office who looked after everything well. Mark the surveyor came as promised and made a thorough inspection prior to the fitting. Had to wait a few weeks for the job to done but it was worth it. Mark, the fitter, turned up on the day to make a start. After he took out the old bath it looked like a disaster zone. However, when the job was completed it was a transformation. He made a real good job and it looked absolutely brilliant. He explained everything to us and cleared all his mess up. He even put protective carpet down on the stairs, hallway and landing. Something I never expected. So all in all a brilliant job by all and I would certainly recommend Assistive Bathing for your upgrades.

Excellent, professional service from start to finish
Excellent, professional service from start to finish. The initial discussion and advice about what would meet my mother's needs (she is 89 with mobility issues) was very helpful and informative. The surveyor was Doug, who gave us a clear understanding of the design and what the job would entail (received an instant plan). Sharon, the lovely lady at the office, contacted us prior to the installation, on the day, and following completion, with updates and to check all was well. The fitter was Jack who worked very hard and consulted with us regarding our particular requirements and preferences, as well as demonstrating and explaining the controls and features. The job was finished ahead of schedule. Very impressed with the standard, and the new walk-in bath should be of great benefit to my mother, offering a safer and more comfortable bathing experience. Would definitely recommend.

Assistive Bathing Five Star
We needed a new shower and I thought an assisted shower would be great for my husband who had two strokes last year. I searched online and selected three companies, assistive Bathing were by far the best. Billy visited us first and brought samples with him, which really helped us choose Assistive Bathing. Alan the surveyor came three weeks later. He did a really good job and explained everything that would happen next to us. We got a call from the office to say the fitting would be carried out at the end of September beginning of October as they were so busy, unless we were available in five days time! We snapped that up. Steve the fitter turned up on the first day and worked really hard. He was very friendly and chatty, which my husband loved! Salome in the office kept in touch during the visit to make sure things were going okay. Steve came back on the second day and completed the installation! He gave us a demonstration and suggested we leave using the shower for one day. I used it two days later and my husband the following day. He used the fold down seat and we found it very useful. Sharon telephoned us from the office to make sure we were happy with everything, which we are and can thoroughly recommend Assistive Bathing.

What a wonderful experience from start to completion. Surveyors measured and explained everything that would happen on the start date it was done with military action. Young Alex who looked after me was friendly courteous and explained everything. He worked so hard all day he even hoovered in the bathroom. I will recommend his service to all. Thank you.
