Communication was excellent with Lucy. The bag I purchased was even better than described. It is over 30 years old and in immaculate condition. Completely transparent regarding any damage (albeit very minor) and posted promptly with special delivery. All items checked for authenticity and validated. Already recommended to family and friends and can’t wait for my next special purchase.

An absolutely fabulous Seller, Lucy has a great eye for unique and beautiful vintage pieces. I bought a Bottega shoulder bag from Lucy - a really good experience! I am a big fan of purchasing secondhand and can get a bit picky when it comes to where I buy, but Atelier Vintage is one place I'd totally recommend without any doubt! I’ve bought two handbags from Lucy now, she was super patient with my questions and happy to share as much information as I needed. On both occasions she also ran to the post office (literally on one occasion!!) quickly after purchasing. The bags were well packed, had been pre treated and cleaned and in excellent condition. I plan to buy more! Her WhatsApp group is also great for getting a heads up on new drops before they hit the website.
