Amazing - the bag and service was faultless. I buy all my designer bags vintage and this has been far the best condition. Lucy was so helpful and it was super quick delivery - ordered Wednesday and was with me by Friday 9am. Would recommend and buy again with Lucy she was amazing from start to finish!!

Faultless service and communication
Absolutely faultless service from Atelier Vintage. Communication was second to none and Lucy took the time to answer all the questions that I had and was so friendly. I was a little apprehensive about making such a big investment into a bag but my mind was put completely at ease and I felt very reassured about my purchase decision. Was over the moon with my handbag when it arrived. Lovely small company to deal with, wouldn't hesitate recommending to friends and family and can't wait till I save up for my next purchase and use Atelier again!

I am delighted with my purchase from Lucy at Atelier Vintage. The service was excellent and I received my item so quickly.
