The sizing is very inconsistent

The sizing is very inconsistent. I have a pair of Motel Rocks jeans in a 32, and the new pair I ordered in 32 is much much bigger.

It is also too expensive to return to the UK

Jean fittting

I usually like their jeans but they just fit so ugly at the bottom, they don’t sit like normal straight leg jeans they curve in at the bottom.

Return policy is a joke.
Sizing and fit has changed and everything looks horrendous.
Do not buy from here.

Difficult to return

The items were very off colour from the website and it was a nightmare to return. If you can offer free shipping to Australia then there must be an easier and more efficient way to return unwanted items. It cost me $50 aud and I had to complete a customs declaration- none of which is disclosed on the websites return page.

Sizing issue and return policy annoying from Aus

Your sizing guide is unclear and I struggled to find my size and understand the table. So when it came it was WAY too big for me. And the return policy doesn’t include a refund in the expense it would take to send the item back from Australia which is $50. So it’s not even worth refunding it. So now I’ll have to go to a seamstress so make it my size or sell it online.

The order took longer than expected to arrive, 2 garments were way too small and didn’t suit. The return cost me too much money, I’m still waiting for a refund

prices

not motels fault at all, but i ordered the wrong size. and the price was listed as 190, and then in small print aud. so i thought it was cheaper than it was until after i bought it. would be nice if you could include all currencies :)

Return not good

Great service and great jeans for my daughter- only problem was, they were too big and no point in returning them as they need to go to England and that was $80 from NZ. Would be good to have a better return system when ordering from Aussie & NZ.

2 out of 3 of the garments I purchased…

2 out of 3 of the garments I purchased ($60 each) were faulty. And I tried to contact their customer service 3 days ago to arrange a free return (they usually charge $30 for returns PLUS you pay for postage) and haven't got a response. I tried following up this morning too.
