Life Changing!
Andrew at the Ipswich branch has been professional, honest & courteous throughout the consultation, supply & follow up stages of my recent need for hearing aids. Kayleigh always greets my arrival in a cheerful, friendly manner & never fails to advise of forthcoming appointments. I initially found my need for hearing aids quite a daunting experience but this has become a life changer in a positive way! Many thanks to you both for playing such a big part in this.

My life has changed
It’s been 5 years I walked through their door and my life has changed.
Andrew helped me a lot with his professionalism, care and friendliness. He answered all my questions and blew away all my concerns.
Kayleigh is very friendly and helpful. She always finds the best appointment for me and kindly remind me on it 2 days before.
If I need any help their door is open all the time.

The treatment for having my ear wax removed, could not have been done better. Jessica Finley the ear care practitioner did an excellent job, explaining all the time what she was doing. Thank you for a job well done.

Attempt to overcharge
Visited me - talked their talk and and quoted me £5400 for a new pair I could buy for under £3000 elsewhere !! They are taking advantage of old people’s trust, vulnerability and ignorance of the pricing to massively overcharge them. Check the price with a professional audiologist or hearingaid.org.uk before you sign their contract.
