The staff are very welcoming, efficient and knowledgeable.

I had both my ears cleaned this morning and it was very straight-forward and quite enjoyable. The person who did it - Debbie - was very friendly and explained what would happen. She showed me a photo of the insides of each ear before and after, and also explained that if a second visit was needed to clean out the ears it was free - fortunately I didn't need a second visit and everything went very well. I was very pleased with my experience

Debbie was absolutely lovely. She explained everything very clearly and was very professional and friendly. Excellent value for money. Would highly recommend.

I had an earwax removal session with Debbie and I could not recommend her more. She was very friendly, professional and welcoming. She talked me through the whole process and made me feel very comfortable. Debbie removed all the earwax that I had in both of my ears within about 15 minutes and my hearing feels much better than I've experienced in many years. I highly recommend coming to Debbie for ear wax removal.

Put off getting my hearing sorted out for years and finally visited Hidden hearing in Ipswich, changed my life as I was not aware how bad it was, now got hearing aids and I am Very happy with the excellent and professional service I received .

I felt the audiologist was very competent and personable, and the testing process seemed quite thorough (although I had nothing to compare it with).

However, what disappointed me was that all I was given to take away and reflect on was a small business card with a few prices written on the back. I expected to receive a written proposal detailing the results of the test, the model(s) of aid recommended along with a brochure detailing the pros & cons of the various models, and full details of what's included in terms of on-going support so that I could work out what's best for me and what I needed to budget for over the life of the aids.

Some of this information was provided verbally but before I commit to spending £4000 on anything I expect to have a written proposal detailing exactly what I am getting (and not getting) for the money.
