Ella went out of her way
Ella went out of her way. Kept me updated with calls as to when the breakdown would arrive. I've been with this company years. Wouldn't swap for another. Top marks every time there's a problem. Always delt with ASAP. Lee, the breakdown man soon had it sorted & away. Thank you Autohome

Speedy tyre blowout rescue blew us away!
Our Mini’s tyre blowout caused us some grief, but Autohome coordinated everything brilliantly. Within 15 minutes the tow truck arrived, and took us and the Mini straight to our local garage for a tyre replacement. Getting us, and the Mini, back on the road was as painless as it could be made. Full marks!

Left work to a flat tyre
Left work to a flat tyre, contacted Autohome. My policy had cancelled, I didn’t have my bank card on me to pay the renewal. Not a problem for Autohome, they arranged recovery of my Car and allowed me to make the payment for my policy when I got home.
Had several phone calls from Customer Service Team to update me on status of the recovery vehicle and to ensure I had got home safely.
Absolutely amazing customer service from Autohome 10/10
Certainly wouldn’t of got this level service for a cancelled policy with AA or RAC

I wanted to say a big thank you to all…
I wanted to say a big thank you to all of you, and particularly the 2 young ladies who answered my calls for help when I recently called for help when I punctured my tyre on a pot hole.
The service I received that evening was exemplary from the call handler who called me 3 or 4 times to tell me what was happening and finally to check that the job had been completed, to the 2 breakdown engineers who came to help me. I cannot fault the service I received, and would definitely recommend Autohome to anyone.
