A great first step into mindfulness
I’ve always wanted to try mindfulness, but I never really got around to it since most programs seemed to be in person—at least I didn’t know there were online options. So the accessibility was a big plus. I also really liked the pace—it wasn’t too pushy, and the gentle reminders were great. I enjoyed the program overall, and the occasional emails were a nice touch. More than anything, it really helped reduce my stress and anxiety.

Through simple but powerful practices, I learned to recognize my thoughts and emotions without judging them, developing greater presence, balance, and kindness towards myself.
I would recommend Be Mindful to anyone who feels the need to reconnect with themselves, regain clarity, and cultivate a space of inner calm, step by step. And above all, to be kind to ourselves and love ourselves.

Be mindful has been a lifeline for me as I passed through an especially stressful time with work and home. It calmed me right down in the middle of the night when I would wake with anxiety and panic. Breathing helped a lot. The body scan was a bit problematic for me but I persisted. After a while I was able to tolerate it better. I enjoyed reading the commentaries too. All in all a fantastic resource that I highly recommend!

I have long term depression and suffer from self-hatred. This programme did not make me feel any better.

Presenters were clear, trustworthy and the course gave very good advice and strategies. Well worth completing the course
Would be better as an app
Really good and helpful course with well-designed content. The reminder e-mails often got lost in the noise so would be much more effective as an app with daily reminder notifications like duolingo etc.

Weekly reminders were helpful in maintaining accountability, making it a decent platform. However, the overall experience seemed somewhat artificial, as the content felt overly rehearsed and unnatural. This made it difficult for me to relate to the voices and audio. Additionally, the numerous tasks assigned each week became overwhelming.

Manageable, support and helpful
Short helpful videos and tasks to support, that are manageable, relevant and you are able to fit into lifestyle. I would highly recommend and I personally have taken lots of helpful bits away from it, that I am consciously trying to incorporate into daily habits.
