I found this course helpfull in some ways
I found this course helpfull in some respects.But as I suffer from extreme anxiety I think I expected too much from it. I found the 3 minute breathing space and mindful breathing helpful. Also to be mindfull and do tasks very slowly so that you are in the moment really does help me. It does take practice though because you forget, but I think it is something I could work on.I do really think the course could help others more than it helped me perhaps because I'm looking for quick answers to how awfull I feel.But I do also know it doesn't work like that.

The course was ok. Did skip the length of a few videos though. Does give out a good message - dreading something that has never happened does fuel our fears!

I liked the program
I liked the program, and I get the idea: to be present and aware in all that you do. I did find some of the exercises to be sort of silly....I mean, mindful sitting? That's just me, and I did it anyway, but it felt silly. All in all though I'm glad my Program Leadership Team chose Be Mindful as part of the curriculum.

Taking part in the Be Mindful programme…
Taking part in the Be Mindful programme has been a truly positive experience. It gave me the tools and space to slow down, make time for myself, and find a sense of calm in the midst of a busy life. The course helped me to become more aware of my thoughts and actions, and to approach everyday activities—like eating, moving, and thinking—with greater mindfulness. I now feel more present, more in control, and more compassionate towards myself. I’d really recommend it to anyone looking to reconnect with themselves and create lasting, meaningful change.
Meaningful meditations
The meditations were really good and seemed very meaningful in terms of things that happen in real life.
Lacked authenticity
I liked the reminders throughout the week to help stay accountable. It is a good platform but overall it doesn't feel very authentic, everything feels very scripted and forced. I can't connect to the voices or the audio because of this.
There was also too many tasks to implement throughout the week which made it overwhelming.

Excellent and assist me greatly would love it to be longer than 4 weeks as a continuous course so to speak.

They provided a step-by-step guide, which makes following the process easier.
The instructions are clear, and there's no obligation to follow through according to the program's schedule- it's totally adjustable, which helps in lessening the amount of guilt I feel whenever I'm too tired to do any of the tasks.

I tried this course a few years ago but…
I tried this course a few years ago but found doing everything on line too difficult . Now I am in a better frame of mind about using the on line service . It is a good course, you do have to put effort into it . It’s not a miracle cure. As with all things practise makes perfect . I am sleeping better and that was my main problem . It’s about bringing your practice effortlessly into everyday life , like cleaning your teeth , showering, making your bed. Also about not punishing yourself if you forget to give yourself ‘ me ‘ time to do it . Take a breath and bring yourself back to you. Your well-being is important.
