A fantastic experience so far! Bidwells, particularly James Munro, have been very responsive, transparent, professional and personable throughout the journey of renting out my flat, making the process rather pleasant! You feel like you're in good hands and most importantly get a quick sense that Bidwells is not only championing landlords but also want tenants to have a good experience (vs. some horror stories you hear about the wild west of estate agents out there).

We had to find somewhere new to rent at very short notice, which of course made a stressful task even worse.

By a pure stroke of pure luck, I landed in the hands of Bidwells and asked them to assist me with finding a home in Cambridge. Their service and friendliness were unprecedented. They always responded to calls and emails. James really went the extra mile. As I was abroad, he arranged a live virtual tour of the apartment, assisted with questions and the entire rental process. I was unfamiliar with the visa and renting processes in the UK, they always assured me that it would be fine and arranged to reserve the property I wanted for longer than usual awaiting the visa process to run it‘s course.
