Bird Travel Avis

When I was searching online for the contact details for Lycafly, recieved this number. I contacted them as we had to make some last minute changes for the flight booked through Lycafly. Throughout the call,I wasn’t informed that I was contacting, bird travel. Only after payment was made the customer care executive, Rav, informed me that he was part of another travel agency. As all the payments were made, I thought that I had no option to go back. This is an agency that has no intergrity and preys on the vulnerabilities of its customers. In the guise of service, they are running a scam.

This was next level customer service. Not only did I have a complicated route that took a lot to sort out! Rav was super patient with me to find exactly what I wanted, reducing flight stopovers and long delays. They also beat Skyscanner price. Amazing work, thank you Rav, top man!

I’m very pleased with this service and I’m glad to talk to Oscar

Steve was very helpful though the transaction. Thank you.

Sam was very polite and informative

Lovely holiday with our friends! 4 visit at the Grande Mercure and will be back. Thanks to victor for his patience and understanding while we juggled dates and prices and hotels.. Must be just as stressful for you as it is for us.. matched other prices for us too.. will definitely use again…

Great 5star service from Rav at Birdtravel who went above and beyond to deal with our booking amidst changes from the airline.

Victor was very supportive and helped us to book our india tickets

I recently booked a ticket and the staff is wonderful, really wanna mention Jay for the lovely service provide, he was very sensitive to my information and really understood what I wanted in regard to my booking. He was very patient and very nice to talk too.

I spoke to Victor who preempted about January offer a month ago. I called him few days ago and asked for different options and he patiently assisted me. He also price matched and was kind. After the last booking he texted me and asked about the travel and this made me to come back to your travel company.

Victor has always been very helpful and very experienced in what he is doing am satisfied with his services every time

Great service from Victor & David. Both were so wonderful to help me find a mini break abroad for five days in Albania with a lovely hotel located close to the airport in Tirana.

Southall Travel is one of the best if not the best in opinion

This is the second time we have booked flights through Bird Travel and the service is 5 star. Rav, who booked our latest flights has been so helpful and from start to finish. Excellent service.

Excellent travel agency. The best one I have used till date. The service is top notch. I want to say thank you to Victor. He was exceptional giving the perfect customer service. Thank you Victor. Thank you Bird Travel😊👍

I found Crystal to be very helpful in trying to find me a package holiday that suited my needs. She listened at all times I felt that I was being very well looked after. Once the holiday was booked Crystal provided regular updates to me informing me of bookings and seats. Even when I was on holiday Crystal reached out to ask if everything was ok. I will definitely ask Bird Travel in the future to find me holidays and I would strongly recommend them to everyone.

My family and myself booked a 13 day tour around Vietnam. Rav from Bird Travel was very approachable for all the questions we had prior to booking and whilst we were on the tour itself. No question was ever too much trouble. He also made sure we were okay when we were out there. Excellent tour and service.

Received an outstanding service from Sam! Very reliable! Thank you

RAV is very prompt and helpful, ensuring the entire experience was smooth. Overall, RAV made what is usually a time-consuming process feel effortless, and I would highly recommend their service to anyone looking for a stress-free flight booking experience.

Rav totally went out of his way to arrange the return trip for my son from Australia back to England. It was a complicated booking due to price changes and the deadline, but Rav helped to ensure Michael received the best flight available in the given time frame he had to work wth.
Both myself and my son are most grateful to him, and Michael can look forward to a hapy trip home next month.
Kind regards
