We have never heard of you but was recommended by the retailer. Plus it had a five year warranty on the freezer.

Ordering on the web site was very easy and informative information. The delivery team were quick clean in that they didn’t leave a mess. And very knowledgeable about the washing machine and took time to explain how it all worked.

Having had an intigrated blombergs before one for 20 years and the last one for only five we decided to. Go for a free standing model as it is £200 pounds cheaper and available the same day i will say that the salad draw is rather small and can only be taken out with the door as far open as you can get it otherwise it gets caught on the bottom bottle/ milk tray we have also found the moror can be quite loud when cooling the quality seems to be pretty good but it is early days only had it since 10/09/26 so early days

I did everything on line. Each stage was explained and I found it very straightforward.

Like the product. Problem with trying to register the warranty. Rang the number given, couldn’t understand the lady, rang another number, said they couldn’t help m, gave me another number. The man said he’d done it and I would receive email in twenty four hours, never received. Decided to go online and do it myself. Five minutes later all finished and received immediate confirmation. Suggestion, need people who can speak reasonable English!

I registered my freezer on 17th September and it said if bought from Euronics my 3yr warranty would be extended to 5yrs but when conformation came through it was only for 3yrs quite disappointed

The major benefit of Blomberg is the 10 yr warranty.

The fridge freezer and small freezer are a good size with good sturdy drawers. The fridge has an alarm incase the door is left open too long. I didn't realise when buying this that the product had a lower energy rating than I would have liked. It has a 3 year warranty.

Delivery and installation of new fridge all carried out to our complete satisfaction.
Two men who delivered and fitted very polite and courteous .Also very helpful and informative .

Everything went really well with the purchase and delivery.

However having used the fridge for the last few months I am becoming concerned about the shelves.
They are loose on their little resting points.
I am afraid that they might easily slip off. It's almost as if the walls are too far apart or the shelves too narrow.

Lovely cooker, very sturdy. Better overall quality to my previous cooker. Cooks quicker and evenly and looks really nice and modern. Also controls stay cool. Very happy customer 😁

Purchased a Blomberg dishwasher at the end of January and it has broken down already. Engineer sent to repair it but didn't bring any parts despite giving full explanation of problem. Now told part is out of stock and will be in touch when available. Customer service very difficult to get hold of..extremely disappointed with this company.

Prompt attention and delivery. Installing staff patient and thorough. Extended warranty easily managed.

Not very impressed with the freezer compartments sizing. The top section is very good, just the freezer is a real letdown. Everyone thing else is ok

We purchased a dishwasher and it was fitted the following day. The whole experience was helpful, professional and the product well priced. The whole thing from beginning to end surpassed all our previous experience of purchasing products from retail outlets. The product quality and service was commendable and we will not hesitate to purchase from your company and retail outlet inthe future

So far so good as I have only done two washes at the moment.

Installed no bother by the workmen.but waiting to have integrated door put back on.by a different workman .as hinges not fitting .
