Arrived at Braeside via a quote search. Selected them at Stephen Hinton was the surveyor designated for our property and he seemed well qualified. Online docs didn’t work at first but came through after 48 hrs. Survey was prompt, received a call that afternoon with a quick overview and full report within 48 hrs. Only reason for 4 and not 5 star rating was online docs and a follow up call within a minute or so if the original quote coming through. Almost put me off but glad it didn’t.

Had an immediate response following initial online enquiry for local Building Surveyor in Evesham. Ongoing contact with Nina in the office was very helpful and efficient. Stephen Hinton, our designated surveyor, was quick to make contact and kept us updated through the process. On completion of the 'Level 3' house survey he made contact and talked us through the most important issues, which was of great help. We were extremely pleased with the comprehensive written report which was received within days. From start to finish the whole process was completed within a week. An excellent and professional service and I would highly recommend the Company.

This was my first time using Braeside Surveyers. They were very helpful in guiding me towards which type of survey I required for the property I was hoping to buy. The survey I received was fantastic, it was clear and very easy to understand. This allowed me to reevaluate whether the property was truly worth the asking price. After discussing potential problems found, I decided not to buy the house as it would be more costly to fix the problems; which most definitely was not within my budget. I would definitely use this service again as it saved me money and also gave me the confidence to look into other properties I could potentially buy.

I had a house surveyed by Braeside Surveyors who were excellent, professional and efficient. I was kept updated throughout the process. The friendly surveyor, Shajid, carried out a thorough survey and provided a very detailed report. He talked me through any concerns I had and pointed out his observations. I searched online for the best qualified and most experienced surveyors. As I've had a bad experience before.
SAJ from Braeside surveyors answered my call on a Sunday and gave all available options to me. And then told me to call around and see if I could get a better deal.
I rang back a few days later and he remembered who i was.
We agreed the deal and no hard sell tactics were used.
He did the survey and I received a copy.
Without the survey I would have been out of pocket due to remedial work that he picked up.
I did go back to the vendor and get some money knocked off.
Overall I wouldn't hesitate to use Braeside surveyors again. As its a no brainer.

From start to finish this company has been excellent. I selected them because of the depth of knowledge of the local surveyor and price. Steve called me and talked me through the house issues both positive and negative. The report was excellent and I managed to negotiate £6k off the asking price. Definitely use them again.

I recently instructed Braeside Surveyors to conduct a survey on a detached property I was considering buying. I am so thankful I employed this firm as they were able to find costly defects on the property which I never knew existed.
