Broil King Avis 

The salesman that sold us the BBQ was giving this big story about the burners having a 10 year warranty (joke)
the housing has rusted out in 5 years and the burners are starting to split.
It does get nice and for a good steak.
But thats about it we tried to buy local but it didn't pay.

Decided to buy a pellet grill and after reading reviews and looking at Weber (poor reviews and flimsy) and Traeger (made in China and owned by private equity company) , decided on Broil King. Also influenced by recommendation from BBQ World. Delighted with product and results. Had occasion to contact UK support on 2 occasions and very impressed with care and courtesy provided - nothing was too much trouble. Would not hesitate to recommend both product and support from this company.

Fabulous company, went out of their way to find a spare part for a very old BBQ, not only that, Cindy, who I dealt with was sooo helpful kind and pleasant to deal with, she’s a credit to your company, highly recommended👏👏👏👏

Meine Erfahrung mit BroilKing ist Folgende: funktioniert alles, ist der Grill top. Habe bereits den 2. Regal 590 seit gut 8 Jahren (einmal aufs neue Modell gewechselt). Jetzt nach gut 5 Jahren ist ein gasventil defekt und ich hätte gerne ein neues. Jetzt gehts los: Kontakt zum Customer Service Deutschland mit Schilderung des Problems. Anstatt mir zu antworten wo ich dieses kaufen kann (will es ja nicht for free), wird mir nach 2 Wochen ein Leitfaden der Reinigung per pdf geschickt. Hab brav geantwortet dass ich all dies bereits getan habe und ein neues Ventil oder Düse brauche, mit frage wo es zu kriegen ist da Google hier nicht helfen kann. Seitdem sind weitere 3 Wochen ohne Antwort vergangen und der Grill steht in der Hauptsaison als Deko im Garten! Gaaaanz toller Service. Ich nutze derzeit ein anderes Grillgerät, Wohl dem der Ersatz hat. In Zukunft (die ist eigentlich schon) fällt die Entscheidung leider kontra BroilKing, da hilft auch kein tolles Marketing wenn der Service stinkt

After experiencing some technical difficulties with a my Broil King Crown whilst under warranty, Broul King immediately responded by undertaking a full inspection of the BBQ at my home. After a thorough review and testing they concurred that a technical
Problem could exist and continued to replace the BBQ at their cost with a brand new one.

The service, response to my queries and quick resolution of the problem was amazing. After a life long user of Weber products I believe I discovered a manufacturer to rival them not only in quality but in amazing customer experience.

This is the third Broil King BBQ I have had - The first one was 30 years ago and the last one from 2007 is still going strong with my Son. I purchased a Barron and the service and advice I received from Jayne and Carol and the ever trustworthy Mike was excellent

They were friendly pleasant responsive and everything you would wish for. Thoroughly recommend anyone buying a BBQ to Think of Broil King and forget the rest

Absolutely fantastic BBQ the customer service is outstanding and staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and they certainly go the extra mile to sort out any issues (which was minor) but they saved the day for my daughters 18th birthday party. Can't recommend the BBQ or service enough.

We had a small problem with the operation of the right-hand side shelf. It was difficult to open out and close again. I wrote to Broil King ( UK), Customer Services, explaining the problem and included some photos of the defective area. They promptly got in touch and now, without quibble they are to replace the shelf with a brand new one. Thank you in particular to Carole,Jane and Colin for their excellent service !

Ich habe mir 2017 einen Broil King Regal 690 XL (für 2500 Euro) gekauft und dachte mir damals was für ein tolles Teil. Er steht das ganze Jahr in einer Grillhüte, wurde geregelmässig gepflegt und gereinigt. Wenn er länger nicht benutzt wurde unter einer orginal Broil King Plane. Dieses Jahr im Frühjahr ist der Grill Schrott, ich hab Broil King eine Mail mit über 10 Mängeln geschickt und hab bis heute (4 Wochen) keine Antwort erhalten. Da ich auch keine mehr erwarte geht der Grill diese Woche auf den Schrott.

Guter Kundenservice sieht besser aus, schade!!!

Having purchased the Broil king Baron which I am really pleased with, I had a slight issue with the warming rack, contacted Broil King UK and the customer service is first class. I received a quick response to the issue with assurance that a replacement will be sent, along with their apologies for having encountered the problem.

I have had my Broil King Regal Pro for almost 2 years. Unfortunately I cannot get it professionally cleaned, no dealer in my area who can do it. It needs to be dismantled to clean it thoroughly, and this is beyond me, I'm 81 years of age. I had a Weber for 15 years and that had a removable base, which could be cleaned, the Regal does not and because I can't reach all the bits that drop down I am having flare ups and the gas power isn't as strong as it was. It still cooks superbly, just takes longer. My other gripe is, it is looking shabby, because the heat guide transfers on the front plate are nearly gone, when wiping it down after use, pieces come off, as well as the paint on the utensil hangers and on the Broil King badges on the two hoods. Silly things which bug me. Otherwise I love it.

Broil King 👑 it's the way to Go

Bought a Broil King for the first time recently. Really impressed with the quality and build. Had to phone with query about the warranty spoke to a lady called Carol who could not have been more helpful. Excellent customer service.

I contacted the team about a warranty enquiry and the information and support I received was exceptional. I have been provided the replacement parts and I now have a better understanding of the care required to prevent any future issues. Thanks you!

En ventil på min Broil King Regal XL havde sat sig fast - uvist af hvilken grund. Jeg skrev til Broil King der sendte en montør. Montøren gik grillen igennem, og foreslog diverse udskiftninger, så grillen kan fungere uden problemer. Hurtig reaktion, meget venlig betjening. Jeg glemte at fortælle, at grillen er fra 2018... Man må sige de står på mål for deres produkt, og bakker op om garantien ! Tak til Broil King og montøren.

The Broil King BBQ are OK but getting customer service takes FOR EVER. Basically once you buy the BBQ you are on your own.Try Weber they might have better customer service.

We had a problem with the rotisserie rod on our bbq. Broil King we’re super helpful in sorting it out even though it took a couple of goes to get it right. The customer service was exceptional. Well done. We love our bbq too
