Broil King Avis 

I have been a Broil King fan for many years. Had a little Gem for 15 years and loved it. Then upgraded to a Signet 320 which has served me well and cooks brilliantly. Recently had an issue with one of the burners. Called Customer Services and got a replacement part under warranty. Customer Service from Carole & Jayne was second to none and can't fault Broil King's after sales service. Will stick with this quality brand for all my future BBQ needs.

Jeg tilbage i marts gav Broil King 1 stjerne for kvaliteten i det jeg opdagede gennemtæring i cookboksen.
Efter at have reklameret til BK, hvor jeg oplevede en super hurtig og meget fair behandling (fik komplet ny cookboks med nye brænder), vil jeg gerne ændre det til 5 stjerner.

Fedt når en fabrikant står ved sit produkt og garanti.
Ved godt hvilke mærke grill jeg vælger næste gang 👍🏻

For små 5 år siden købte vil en Baron 490.
Vi valgte en Broil King da den netop havde bagbrænder. Grillen er fantastisk at bruge.
Desværre hænger pris og kvalitet overhovedet ikke sammen. Brænderboks er hårdt angrebet at rust, det samme gælder alle fire brænderrør, så meget at flammerne er begyndt at brænde ud hvor rørene er tæret igennem. Bagbrænderen er så angrebet at rust, at eltændingen ikke længere virker pga manglende stel og skal tændes manuelt med en ligther nu.
Grillen har stået ude under cover lige så snart den ikke er i brug og under udhæng på huset.

Vores Baron 490 erstattede en Weber Q200 som stod ude hele sommeren UDEN cover. Den overtog en veninde og den lever i bedste velgående nu 13 år gammel. Så jeg kan på ingen måde anbefale Broil King da kvaliteten ikke er bedre en en billig byggemarkede grill til et par tusind kr.

I am so pleased with my Broil King Baron BBQ. It is my first Broil king bbq and I have found it a delight to cook on so far. I have been lucky enough to receive some accessories for Christmas also including a bbq stone which I have tested already.
This is such a high quality product and I am so glad I chose broil king. When I rang to register my warranty, I spoke to two lovely ladies who were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Can’t wait to get cooking more. Thank you.

I've had a Broil King Imperial XLS for 3 years now. Love cooking with it as it is a delight to use. Unfortunately we had a few issues with it including the lights not working and the igniter box, and the initial rotisserie rod had got bent in transit, but I can't thank the Customer service team enough for all their support and assistance in getting parts replaced free of charge and going the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied and happy. Big thank you to Martin and the team and here's to many more years working with the Imperial XLS.

Ich habe mir 2020 einen Broil King Monarch 340 gekauft und muss zugegeben, dass ich mit der Funktion des Grills und den gelieferten Ergebnissen etc. sehr zufrieden war. Ich dachte wirklich, mir ein hochwertiges Produkt zugelegt zu haben. Dann kam der erste Winter und im nächsten Frühjahr die erste leichte Enttäuschung, weil sich an allen möglichen Teilen (selbst die pulverbeschichteten oder gar reine Edelstahlteile) leichte Rostablagerungen zeigten, obwohl der Grill den Winter über abgedeckte unter der dafür erworbenen Broil-King Plane verbracht hat. Aber Grill funktionierte noch wenn auch schon mit einigen Aussetzern.
Nachdem der Grill den zweiten Winter unter seiner Plane verbracht hat, sah das Ergebnis deutlich schlimmer aus. Deutlich erkennbare Rostblasen auf beschichteten Teilen, Rostflecken auf Edelstahl, völlig verrottete Brennerrohre und "Flave-R" Bleche. Der Grill war nicht mehr zu gebrauchen, auch weil zum Beispiel, die Schrauben mit denen die Brennerrohe fixiert waren, verrostet sind, dass sich diese nicht mehr austauschen ließen wenn man denn wollte.
In diesem Frühjahr, werde ich den Grill nur noch einmal auspacken und zwar um ihn zum Schrottplatz zu bringen.
Schade, dass ich statt echter Qualität ein Stück Altmetall gekauft habe.

got my first broil king 22 years ago it was great for 17 years after being used 2-3 times a week looking a bit tired i got a new broil king the imperial xl for 6 years i had a big fire in the oven which was my problem but when i called broil king for the first time in 22 years they could not help me enough found me a new one and shipped it to me in 2 days great price great staff they where the best custom care and sale team i have come across thanks again kevin turpin

SÄMSTA BLUFF FÖRETAG! har köpt grill via Bauhaus för nära 12 000kr. grillen använde vi kanske 4-5 gånger innan den slutade fungera. har varit i kontakt med bauhaus i snart ett år och reklamerat. De vidarebefordrar mejlen till BroilKing som svarar efter flera veckor. Kort sagt: VI HAR INTE FÅTT HJÄLP PÅ NÄSTAN ETT HELT ÅR!

I received a broil king pellet grill as a gift from somebody who won it in a contest. The grill has never functioned correctly and I’ve called tech support several times throughout the last 5 months and nothing has been accomplished. I was told 2 months ago that they would ship me a new controller and it still hasn’t come. It’s in stock but for some reason they haven’t shipped it to me yet. I was told it would ship and I would receive it within 5-10 business days but I’ve called every 2 weeks after not getting it. They told me it hasn’t been shipped yet but I was told by more than one person that it would ship on very specific days. I’m getting fed up with the customer service because it seems like I’m being told different things. I feel like they’re just stringing me along until I give up and go buy a different brand of pellet grill.

Had problem with igniter and new part was sent out at no extra cost. Fitted it.....all working.

Having bought a new BBQ of a well known brand I soon realised it was nowhere near as good build quality as my 12 year old Broil King Crown 20. So I got new parts from a BBQ specialist - new burner, grill plates etc - but they did not have a heat guard, but would try and get me one. They struggled so I emailed Broil King UK - and a very helpful lady got me the part for a great price - excellent service. My 12 year old Broil King works like new and cleaned up really well, quality manufacturing. I know these brands cost more, but in my experience they are fully worth it and support all of the parts so are a great choice in teh long run

I am a proud owner of a Monarch Grill, a fabulous piece of equipment. I have used it weekly for almost four years cooking some fantastic meat [and the occasional veg].
Unfortunately I have twice needed to contact Broil King Customer Service for the same fault. The paint coating on the hood of the grill has been peeling away, and although not affecting the the cooking experience it is not up to the standard you would expect from a premium brand or grill. Twice now Carole at customer service has responded very quickly and positively and has sent out new hoods. There was a manufacturing fault and we assume both hoods came from the same batch, hopefully the next one will not suffer the same issues.
Customer service to resolve my issue was very quick and uncomplicated so thank you.

I rarely feel compelled to write a review. I never give praise where praise isn’t due. I am super cautious with money- especially with “nice to have” items like BBQs. I deliberated for weeks about a Broil King BBQ. After all it was expensive for me. I am so pleased I bought it. If you like me are hesitating because of cost- and you are torn between a Broil King and another brand- don’t. Just get a Broil king you won’t regret it.

Firstly the build quality- clearly built well- stainless and built to last. You get amazing control over how he meats are grilled. Sounds a bit pretentious but it’s true. With other gas BBQs I’ve had the drip of fat seems uncontrollable when it catches fire. I simply don’t have the same issue now- how? I don’t know. Spatchcock chicken- turn the middle burner off and use outside burners - Wonderful.

Next- and importantly- customer service- keep your parts list- and call BroilKing direct. Friendly, knowledgeable, eager to help. I stupidly lost my grid for the side burner. I spent ages calling BK dealers with no success. Called Broil King in Liverpool - No problem. Arrived in 3 days. Postage was more expensive than the item.

I happened to mention that there was some cosmetic flaking off the fire box. They will change it- no argument no hassle. I’ll have to wait for it to come from Canada. But no issue.

I am so impressed. My next BBQ will be BroilKing.

Been using broil King bbq for years really useful for packing into car .ordered a new bbq and spare parts for the old one .really friendly staff on the phone. All ready for next day delivery. Excellent service!

HAVE AN ISSUE WITH A MODEL 9868-57 GAS GRILL.PAID OVER $400 AND KEPT IT COVERED WHEN NOT IN USE .A 7 inch plastic rear wheel has started to fall apart and we have had some problem with it snuffing out the flame and not getting up to Temp. This Broil King will not even replace the $10 made in China wheel which is shameful on their part. I will never buy another Broil King if this is how they support their failing products.

Had a problem with my 5 year old Baron 440. Contacted my supply who agreed it was covered under warranty. Unfortunately they were very slow at responding to the issue so contacted Broil King direct. I spoke to Carol and Jayne in their sales/customer service department. The response was fantastic. The problem was solved within 2 weeks and Broil King went above and beyond what was required. Thank you ladies and thank you Broil King one very happy customer.

After developing a lighting fault with my Monarch BBQ, I contacted Broil King UK. The lady on the end (Carol) was extemely helpful and after consulting with a colleauge, the fault was expained to me. I grabbed a screwdriver and within minutes I had rectified the fault and it's now in perfect working order. Not only that, they are going to send me a replacement part once in stock as the part that produced the fault is starting to deteriorate. All at no cost I might add. Can't believe it . More than I expected, more than I imagined. Many thanks to you all at Broil King. Unbelievable service and advice. My hat's off to you all.. Dennis ....

I have a Signet 340 bought 2018. Despite being covered, it got some corrosion on the lid. I checked warranty, and it was 'lifetime' on that, so I contacted Broil King. They were polite, helped with the 'application' and provided a new lid within days, and even emailed easy replacement advice, Result!

Just replaced my old 15+years Broil king BBQ with a new BroilKing Baron 590. Build quality is excellent, only used it once so far but really pleased with my first BBQ for the family. Can’t wait to use the rotisserie which I intend to do shortly. Hope this BBQ lasts as long as my last one.
