After having a look at other caravans for sale we had a look at burlingham caravans and seen one we liked so gave them a call and spoke to a very
nice salesman called Chris who arranged for us to view the caravan that same day it was all set up lights heating etc chris left us to view it at our leisure which we liked as there was no pressure..and if we had any questions he was there to ask.and the outcome is we bought it.!!would highly recommend and great service from Chris. Thank you.

Our very first trip to Burlingham and we were not disappointed. We were given time to walk around the caravans viewing each one before we were met by Chris. He was extremely polite and helpful, giving us the opportunity to view several caravans without any pressure. He was on hand to answer our questions.
We made our final choice of a Coachman and from the beginning to the final handover he continually kept in touch with updates.
His customer service was outstanding and we did not feel pressurised at any point.
Great service!!! And Chris is definitely an asset to the company (even coming in on his day off to hand the van over, what a star!)

We have just purchased our coachman caravan from Burlingham caravans and what a fantastic service we received. From viewing the caravan to hand over day Oliver and Chris went above and beyond. Very helpful and supportive. Saying goodbye to my mums old van was difficult but Oliver helped showing me caravans and wasn’t pushy at all. I chose a very similar sized van which I hope will last me the next 10 years. Oliver gave me a good hand over I am sure I have forgotten it but I will soon figure it out
Ash was a godsend in helping with pick up and delivery it wasn’t easy for him getting one van out and one in.
My only error was forgetting to check the battery was put on new van but Oliver sorted it out and it’s in my car now ready for my next visit.

We originally went to Burlingham when we started looking for a caravan as they had a good selection of stock and were a family run business. We had a great experience of buying a van from them. The staff were all very friendly and had a vast knowledge of different makes and models. What i particularly liked is they didn't push one model and could give you honest advice so you could make up your mind which van would personally suit you. Definitely recommended 👌 👍

When we collected our new (to us) caravan, there had been some unforseen staffing issues, so not all of the work could be completed (we were going away 2 days later). We were asked to make a snagging list and arranged for the caravan to be returned after our holiday. This we did. Erle went through all the faults we'd identified and kept us up to date with the schedule. When we went to collect the caravan, Erle went through everything with us, as did the person who did the work. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Thank you very much.

Our experience with Burlingham Caravans didn't start that well.The first trip out after buying a van from them the antifreeze leaked everywhere.This was supposedly passed by there mechanic.Second trip out hand brake failed,also passed by fitter.After 10months we got an independent service .Luckily within the 12month extended warranty,the out come of this service was hand brake failed completely,also the axel had dropped.After many trips to Burlinghams Caravan 120mile trip round trip .Luckily all faults have now been completed.Our minds were put at rest when we were put in touch with a member of staff name of ERLE KAY.Who was more genuine than the other staff.This guy we would rate at 5 star plus.Regards.Mr.Mrs. K.Blain.

Burlington’s were really professional and made the sale of our tourer caravan easy. After a thorough examination of the caravan they gave us a fair price. The whole experience felt quite relaxed thanks to Phil. We would certainly recommend them to other sellers.

As first time purchasers we went to Burlingham Caravans after seeing the positive reviews and as a local dealer with a good reputation. We dealt with Simon who was very helpful and knowledgeable As we have never owned a caravan before we wanted something small and not too expensive as a starter. We decided on a small 2 berth Elldis and up to now it's proved to be a good purchase and we've had some great short trips.
All in all we are happy with our purchase and the overall buying experience with Simon at Burlingham Caravans. Would definitely go back if we decide to upgrade.

Simon Berry dealt with the sale and handover of our caravan, and talked us through everything relating to the new purchase. I found him to be extremely helpful and professional during the handover, and he went the extra mile to make sure everything went smoothly. We were only browsing to look at layout options for a replacement caravan. Ended up purchasing at Burlingham Caravans who gave us a good trade in deal. Camron was a pleasure to deal with and made sure some minor repairs were carried out prior to our collection. All the staff here are friendly and made us feel valued customers. Would recommend to all.

We picked up our new caravan yesterday. Simon met us and spent a couple of hours going through every aspect of the van. Knowing it had been a good while since we had owned a caravan, he explained everything in detail, ensuring we understood and were happy with everything. He even suggested we video him talking through all the features and steps so we wouldn't forget! Excellent idea! Everyone we met, even the technician who worked on the van were happy to talk us through stuff and answer questions.

I have recently just taken delivery of my caravan from Burlinghams, camron was absolutely fantastic throughout the sales process.
