Good reliable company and would use again

Great experience dealing with these guys, very polite and professional from start to finish, James initially called to discuss the value of camper etc and I could tell instantly that I was dealing with a straight honest guy, which made me feel at ease,
I was struggling with time through the week to take the camper to them so James offered to come to us to inspect, which was very handy for us.
We agreed Thursday 1.30pm, and James walked onto my drive pretty much bang on time, had a look around the camper and then came inside to sort out the paperwork, this didn’t take too long and the money was in my account in about 5 minutes..

We have had our campervan for about 6 weeks now, so thought it was time to write a little review of our experience with John Charles Motorhomes. Having seen the van, a high top Ford transit on the website, i popped in to see Andy the following day. He gave me the keys and said have a good look round and left me to it. I agreed to come back the next day so my wife could have a look and take it out for a test drive. We found Andy a really genuine and down to earth fella to deal with. No hard sell, very knowledgeable and after the test drive, we purchased our first campervan. Andy promised us a full new MOT with no advisorys, which he fulfilled. On the day we picked it up, he gave us a full demonstration of how everything worked.
Fantastic service from start to finish. Would highly recommend John Charles Motorhomes.

Just bought a VW camper from John Charles - excellent customer service, James was very attentive, knowledgable and honest without being overly sales orientated.

I spotted a nice looking vehicle on the John Charles website and was quickly able to speak to James to go through the details. As the car was 200+ miles from home, James spent plenty of time to describe the vehicle in detail so I could make an informed decision to view it.

Vehicle checked out exactly as described and I was looked after by Andy, who also makes a cracking cuppa.

Collection day was very smooth. Car was well presented, all docs in order etc. Very good experience overall

Buying our first campervan last from John Charles, was a pleasurable experience, and didn't feel pressured at any time, James and Andy with their vast experience were easy to work with.
