Chris at Burlingham Caravans was absolutely fantastic, messaged about an item I needed , he phoned me to let me they had it, within an hour I had drove down to get the item which was a gas bottle, he went above and beyond and the was jammed on , but he managed to get it off for me, lovely people, brilliant service

Found a caravan we liked on auto trader being sold by burlingham Caravans. Had one to part exchange. Dropped in to view caravan, Oliver great sociable person. No hard sell, left us to have a good look around. Dropped our old caravan off next day and 2 weeks later picked up the newer caravan. Spotlessly clean and all information required was clearly explained. Great friendly staff would recommend them, good selection of caravans and no sales pressure

Oliver & Co were exceptional in the service they provided, extremely customer focused and understanding of our needs. We exchanged our much loved caravan for a newer upgraded model in February 2026, it was smooth transaction and delivery to the local site we are on. My wife and I recently purchased our very first caravan from Burlingham Caravans in Preston, and we honestly couldn’t be happier with the entire experience.

Chris went above and beyond in helping us choose the right caravan. When we arrived he was patient and allowed us plenty of time to quietly look around without any hassle.
From purchase to collection he kept me informed of any issues and provided updates as to when I could collect the van.
Then finally when we collected he was a great help. Meticulously going through all the controls and how they work. Showing us how we should prepare the van between use and then set down after. He even helped me to hook up with his poorly leg.
Throughout he is a brilliant guy and was really good to deal with.

Been looking for a caravan for ages, went with certain van in mind Oliver opened what we wanted to see and went away to allow us time to sit and think in the caravans,with no pressure to buy. We went away came back on another day looked at a completely different caravan and purchased it.

Paperwork and payment completed so easy, answered all my questions as a first time buyer. On pick up day was showed how everything worked, they even put our number plate on it for us.

But it did not stop there after our first weekend away we realised having arthritis, in hip and knee that caravanning was not for us so contacted them explained the situation they brought the caravan back from us with no issues.

Chris and Oliver were excellent to deal with, really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. A really easy process, thanks lads 😁

The whole team at Burlinghams helped to make our caravan purchase a positive experience. There was no hard sell and when we were picking up our caravan we were taken through everything at our own pace, making sure we understood everything. A really pleasant experience thanks to everyone. After having a look at other caravans for sale we had a look at burlingham caravans and seen one we liked so gave them a call and spoke to a very
nice salesman called Chris who arranged for us to view the caravan that same day it was all set up lights heating etc chris left us to view it at our leisure which we liked as there was no pressure..and if we had any questions he was there to ask.and the outcome is we bought it.!!would highly recommend and great service from Chris. Our very first trip to Burlingham and we were not disappointed. We were given time to walk around the caravans viewing each one before we were met by Chris. He was extremely polite and helpful, giving us the opportunity to view several caravans without any pressure. He was on hand to answer our questions.
We made our final choice of a Coachman and from the beginning to the final handover he continually kept in touch with updates.
His customer service was outstanding and we did not feel pressurised at any point.
