Bought my new caravan from simon who bent over backwards to sort things out whilst I was in work to save extra journeys nothing was to much trouble even down to letting me bring my old van in on a saturday and transferring my stuff over to the new one eleven though I was not picking it up till the following Wednesday charlie and callum were both on hand to give a hand when needed so as a dealership I can highly recommend them this is my 4th caravan purchased from different dealers simon ensured this was the best I've dealt with thanks For all the effort you all put in Ged

Purchased a caravan and dealt with Cameron. He was very polite and friendly from the beginning and he did a great job with communicating everything we needed to know. He was able to answer any questions that we had and he was a pleasure to deal with.

We recently purchased our caravan from Burlingham Caravans. We had been to view the caravan first and had interactions with a few of the staff, there was no pressure to buy and we felt at ease browsing the vans but when we arrived to view a second time once we decided on this van, Simon was on hand to help. Nothing was too much trouble, we asked for a couple of small works to be carried out, for example cleaning the roof vents which Simon did personally. Communication was good throughout, and Simon demonstrated how aspects of the van worked when we arrived for collection. Simon had the paperwork over, so we were able to register the CRIS ourselves when we arrived. He was very friendly and easy to chat to. Overall a good experience, and a special thanks to Simon.

In September we started looking for our First caravan.
We contacted Burlingham as they had two Caravans in stock that we liked. They arranged to have the two caravans prepared for our visit.
Caravans were exactly as described in the advert and were presented to an excellent standard. No pushy salesman, with it being our first caravan Mark was happy to answer all the stupid questions I had. Handover day was just as good an experience, Caravan was immaculate when we arrived and the handover was perfect, everything was covered as we expected. Had our first weekend away the following week and loved it, we couldn't have asked more from the Caravan.
Cant recommend Mark and the team enough, great customer service and very patient with us. Would definitely recommend and we'll definitely buy from them again
