Collected our new to us caravan yesterday. Ryan our sales person provided excellent service throughout.

Ryan , Alex and the whole team are so lovely. There is no hard sales and they happily leave you alone while browsing the stock. They have some very high end caravans and the buying process was very smooth. Everything they promised to sort was done as with anything second hand little bits needed doing..the caravan was available anytime we wanted to nip and check progress and they were never to busy to not make you feel welcome and able to stay as long as you wanted. They took time to answer any questions and concerns and sorted all the paperwork swiftly. The van was also delivered safely and the guy they use is fab. We bought the bailey unicorn cadiz and can honestly say after much looking around Burlingham offered the best van we could find at a good price (and believe me we went far and wide Looking ) the van looks like new and you can tell they don't just sell any standard of Van. We were missing a gas line pipe but it's been sorted swiftly. Glad we found this place.. big thank you to you all but especially Ryan and Alex ..oh and who could forget the good brews!.. anyone looking for a van look no further...

My advice would be to stay clear and look elsewhere
Purchased a van had nothing but issues, was ignored for months due to lack of communication their end and staff leaving
Came out on 3 occasions to fix a leak, had to take shower unit out causing further damage and attempted to repair with glue
Got independent engineer out confirmed damp but they fobbed off
Tried to advise they were doing me a good will gesture by repairing it as wasn’t covered despite the issue arising after 1 month
Reported to finance company who sent someone out and rejected saying it was my fault, i glued the shower as the no dealership in the right mind would of botched those repairs
Can categorically tell you they did! See images below

Unlike previous vans we'd viewed with pushy salesmen at Burlingham Caravans the staff allowed us personal space to browse and were friendly, approachable and helpful answering our long list of questions as caravan novices. From the part exchange of our trailer tent to collecting our new (to us) caravan the sales process and customer service we received from salesman Alex was faultless. Why have I not used Burlinghams before??? The salesman Alex was absolutely fantastic and could not help any more than we could ask. Everything I asked was dealt with in a truly professional manner and to our satisfaction. A true family run business that cares about the customer. definitely will be using them for our servicing and aftercare.

Because of their excellent reputation and I wasn’t disappointed, we dealt with one of their reps called Alex he was extremely patient with me as this was my first caravan and gave me confidence I was buying from people who cared about the customers experience.
I had a few problems all caused by myself and the owner even came out to site I was on to help me out. I will definitely only be using them in the future for all my caravan needs. Many thanks

Bought a sterling eccles ruby caravan from burlingham caravans,went viewing caravan had a pleasurable experience no pushy sales at all tom was a true gentleman left us to look round caravan with no hassle.Dealt with Alex on handover explained everything in great detail and went above and beyond what we expected from burlingham,alex is a credit to the company and a true asset to burlingham he was a massive help with being total novices to caravanning,went out of his way to help us set up on a nearby caravan site,we are hoping that we receive the same level of service and satisfaction on future maintenance and service from burlingham

Hi, just picked my caravan up from Burlingham Caravans, great service from start to finish, Alex and Ashley were a pleasure to deal with. Alex gave me a great handover, explained everything very clearly with full demonstration, can’t fault him. He sorted out all our accessories that we would need and at a discounted price, great service. I bought a second hand air awning and when I started to put it up I noticed there was no pump, I called Alex, and Ashley kindly drove out to the caravan site with a new one, can’t ask for more than that. Again can’t thank you enough guys.

We recently purchased an Eriba from Burlinghams. It was what we had been looking for & in great condition. Alex was very helpful & arranged for some minor repairs to be carried out prior to handover. Ryan completed the handover and was very thorough & patient. As well as receiving a full service and condition report, we were delighted to find new tyres had been fitted & brand new fitted carpets were also to be included. We were happy to purchase a few well priced items from the shop too. Overall- we are delighted with our Eriba caravan & with the service we received from Burlinghams. Thank you.

Bought a second hand caravan from here and traded in ours against it , a straight swap virtually. On our first visit we were treated very rudely by the owner. We viewed the caravan and then went home to think about whether we wanted to go ahead or not . It’s 30 minute drive.We wanted a motor mover fitting as part of the deal and the salesman who we had dealt with said he would probably be able to do it if we came back to talk about it. We drove back 30 minutes and then we were told by the owner that they couldn’t do the deal. So we said “why ask us to come back then if you can’t do it ?” He rather embarrassingly dressed down the salesman in front of us and asked him why he’d said that they could do the deal. Very unprofessional. As we were leaving we said it as very bad practice to invite us back if the deal couldn’t be done and the owner said “I’m not forcing you to buy the caravan, you don’t have to buy it!!! “ and then stormed off in a huff like a spoilt child. We were stunned. We drove home and were very upset and disappointed. After an hour of being home the phone rang and it was the owner apologising. He said he was really sorry and he’d like us to buy but would we buy without a motor mover. We thought about it and said yes. He said he’d like to see our caravan though and arranged to come and view it but then didn’t turn up on the day he had arranged. So we arranged another date and he cancelled. So the third time he came. Then we arranged a date to pick up the caravan but we couldn’t make that particular Saturday so we asked if we could come the day after on a Sunday. The date was then arranged. Yesterday (Saturday) we were phoned by someone from Burlihgham and asked what time we were coming to pick up the caravan today. We said no we’ve arranged to pick it up tomorrow (Sunday). The person on the phone said sorry we don’t do pick ups on a Sunday. Luckily our plans had changed so we could get ther to pick up the caravan. We were very cautious after having such a bad experience. However we needn’t have been. The handover was carried out by Alex. So helpful, so friendly and so professional. He was so apologetic about the bad experience we’d had and vowed to change our opinion of burlingham . Well he certainly did . If you go to burlingham ask to be dealt with by Alex. What a true gent and professional.
