Informative and helpful....Picked up our new Caravan today, the guys were very helpful and informative, made sure everything was fully checked and ready to go, fantastic service!

Recently changed my caravan at Burlingham’s, they took my old van in exchange and gave me a good deal.
Changed over my motor mover to my new van and I went to pick up on Sunday all went smoothly and we are now proud owners of our Bailey Pegasus Rimini.

I rang Burlinghams this morning, asking if they would be interested in purchasing our Elddis Crusader Mistral Caravan. A gentleman arranged to meet me at 2pm to view the caravan and by 3pm, the transaction had been completed and the money was transferred directly into our bank account. I can highly recommend Burlinghams, the whole experience was extremely quick and easy and I would like to thank them for their excellent customer service.

Sold my caravan to Burlingham Caravans, and got a very fair price for it. The process was very straightforward and Ashley was extremely helpful. On Thursday we picked our van up from storage and found a problem with the electrics!
We have always used Burlinghams for our accessories so as we were close we stopped in for some advice!
Within minutes the two guys (whose names I didn’t get) fixed our issue and sold me a small Green tool to prevent further issues!
Amazing service, very knowledgeable and always happy to help!

We wanted to exchange our caravan for a larger one because of growing grandchildren. We were shown three options and settled on one we really liked. An exchange price was agreed along with an awning and motor mover. The exchange day went really smoothly. The new to us caravan was presented really well and all the small details requested had been carried out without exception. After a quick damp check of the old van the new one was hooked up and we were on our way - an altogether better experience than the last main dealer used! Well done Burlingame Caravans.

We wanted to change from our motorhome to a caravan.Tony was very helpful no hard salesman talk. He made us a brew and left us to talk in the caravan. The price we got for our motorhome was the price we wanted and we are very happy with the caravan. All of the staff are very helpful.

I recently bought a caravan from burlinghams and received second to none customer service from Tony who thoroughly went through everything I needed to know as a newcomer to caravan life... couldn't of had better service totally happy and would recommend...

We visited Burlington Caravans to enquire if they would be interested in buying our caravan, as we were giving up caravanning after many years. Our caravan details were taken and a fair offer was received from Ashley the following day. They even offered to collect the caravan from us, but it was easier for us to deliver it to their premises. Inspection and sale were completed within an hour. Cannot fault their service and would recomend them if you want to sell your caravan.

Just picked up our new caravan from Burlingham caravans, great company to buy from, honest and nothing too much trouble. Tony was a top man , brilliant sense of humour , not pushy at all. They need to give him a rise!!! Would defo recommend to anyone. Thanks Tony. 👍

Picked up our Adria 5 berth caravan today, nothing was too much trouble. The whole experience was outstanding from start to finish. Would highly recommend and would definitely us again.

We have just taken delivery of a lunar clubman and mostly dealt with Dave what a pleasant person to deal with no pressure prepared caravan as stated explained all the workings in detail all the staff we encountered on 3 visits very friendly and helpful a special mention to the lady who cleans the caravans well done all will certainly recommend and also prices for spares very reasonable compared to some caravan shops well done
