Having to give up caravaning due to ill health, we contacted Ashley about buying our caravan from us. He was very helpful with a friendly manner nothing was too much trouble, he arranged with us to come and collect it from us to save us taking it to them. Bought a beautiful Sterling Eccles Coral SE caravan from them on Aug 2019. Caravan was "as new". Due to Covid the caravan has been under storage and not used. Getting the van prepared for this season, to my horror noted two 9" gashes on the rear of the roof! Sales manager doesn't want to know as the years warranty with them had expired. Had an insurance assessor check the caravan and they stated the cracks would've started to appear several years ago. Insurance won't cover it as it's a known fault. Now costing me thousands of pounds as I can't sell it on wthout a 6k rear panel repair.

We bought our Coachman Amara caravan from Burlingham just before lockdown last year, not for holidays, but for somewhere to live while our new house was finished.It fitted the bill perfectly for 10 months, when we finally moved into the house. We were delighted when they agreed to buy it back. When Ashley came to collect it, he wasnt expecting such a tight space for manoeuvre ,but undeterred and with a little assistance from us...well not very much from me!...he managed to extricate it, and off they went! We couldn't be happier. Ashley was very calm, very helpful, and altogether a really nice guy. Thankyou Burligham for great service at both ends of our story!

Great service from Burlingham Caravans, we purchased our Van from them last year but found a couple of minor problems this time out, gave them a call and Alan the sales Manager said to drop it off the next day and they would check it out,He phoned the next Day to say the faults were sorted and they had found a more serious one with the handbrake but it is now rectified, very pleased with the professional service and how Alan had sorted things out so quickly, my experience in the past with other dealers used to take Weeks.

We bought a caravan from Burlinghams 12 months + ago. We noticed a small crack in the front window, phoned them up right away, "no problem, we'll order you new window and fit at your convenience." Due to lockdown(s) we weren't able to get over. "No problem, it's here when you're ready." It's been well over 12 months, today they fitted it and fixed a problem we had with the shower. Nothing is too much trouble for this company. They're pleasant, polite and really really helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy a used caravan. Alan Harper us one of the most genuine guys I've met in a very long time. No hard sell just good advice.

We decided to return to caravanning after a few years without one but not wanting to repeat a couple of negative experiences with local dealers. After seeing a van that suited our needs at Burlingham Caravans we decided it would be worth the long drive down the M6 to have a look. When we arrived the van was set up and ready for inspection so that we could see everything working and Alan was extremely helpful but left us alone to make our decision. We made up our minds fairly quickly that this van would be ideal and arranged a pick up date whilst at no time was there any salesman like pressure to buy. Arrived to take it home on the date agreed and Alan gave us a comprehensive handover before leaving for home. A very positive experience from start to finish and five stars to Burlingham and Alan for his handling of the process, we would definitely recommend them.

We bought our first caravan after Tony at the Garstang site had given us all the information we needed. He did not pressure us one iota and after buying a Bessacarr two berth he also put us in touch with a storage site and an excellent tow bar fitting service.
The handover was also professional and we know that we have a highly knowledgeable and reliable company available for us should the need be required.

This Summer when caravans were selling fast,we were looking for our first six berth caravan for our family. We saw one online at Burlinghams' caravans and phoned them telling them that we could be there in a couple of hours to view it. Tony told us that he would hold onto to it until we got there, as it was the only one they had in. This he kindly did without asking for a deposit nor any commitment to buy. When we got there, Tony could not do enough for us however with no pressure to purchase. We decided to buy it there and then. When we collected it, it was spotless thanks to Philippa and Tony. Tony explained thoroughly how it all works. After going on holiday a couple of minor issues occurred. We phoned Tony who booked us in to take the caravan to fix these issues. Here again hassle free service and Tony welcomed us like old friends. We definitely highly recommend Tony and Burlingham Caravans.

I have previously bought a used a caravan from Burlinghams' and thought the service was O.K. On this occasion my expectations were exceeded, not just by a little, but by a country mile! The attention given to me from my first enquiry, to collecting my used caravan was excellent. First class treatment all the way. The quality of my caravan is superb. Allan left me to look around and inspect the caravan and I could not find even the tiniest fault with it! We agreed a handover date after purchase and it was ready on that date. All in all, Burlinghams do, what it says on the tin!! Well done to all concerned, a great team effort. I'll be back!!!
