Excellent Allan you’re sale’s person was very good, he did not pressure us in any way. When collecting the caravan he went through all operations in detail and not rushed. We are well pleased. Will be on our first outing to the Lake District in October.
Hope there are no problems, but if the warranty support is as good as sales we have no worries.

Brilliant company to deal with if your after a touring caravan. Tony the salesman can't do enough to help you out with anything. No sales preasure at all. We love our 6 berth and can't get away enough in it!. Would totally recommend Burlingham caravans.

Tony gave fantastic service, they held on to the caravan for much longer than anyone would have done as our ground works spiralled out of control, we have one slight issue with the van but this sorted the same day. Would highly recommend using them

We have had our caravan from Burlinghams for about 2 months. This is my first ever caravan, so I had plenty questions. (I still do) All I do is phone Burlinghamcaravans and they are more than willing to help. Alan in particular has been amazing, very friendly and willing to help. I will be enjoying my #staycations in my caravan and will recommend burlingham to anyone wanting to purchase their home on wheels. They supply great quality, with good service and all with a great price. :-)

Before I write my review I must state that this is something I do very little of, if at all, however my recent experience at Burlingham Caravans warrants a well deserved post.
We bought our first ever caravan from Burlinghams on a spur of the moment purchase three weeks ago having done no research at all on the retailer, some would say a bit naive, however, as first time buyers we couldn't fault their relaxed and helpful approach, no pressure and happy to provide an honest opinion assisting us in making the right decision. I would like to thank Dave who spent time showing us around the finer workings of our new caravan, and Nigel demonstrating the practical points of owning a new caravan, to Phil who was so helpful providing additional help and support when we needed it, thank you all.
A special mention to Tony who went above and beyond our expectations, what a special person you have there, he made buying a caravan as smooth as ever, holding our hand all of the way, what an asset to your company, a new friendship has been born, thank you.
Not really much else to add other than if your thinking of venturing into the touring world, please give Burlinghams an opportunity to fulfill your dream you'll not be disappointed.

Very pleasant and helpful staff (Tony) who we dealt with.
Had a few minor problems on our first outing with our new caravan but these were identified and sorted out immediately. Nothing seems to be a bother.

As a family, we were looking for a caravan to go away with to have a new experience. We passed burlingham caravans and thought we would pop in to see what offers and advice they had. We met Tony who was a brilliant help ! We couldn’t find a caravan that suited us at first, but tony said he would keep in contact with us as he thought there might be an ideal caravan for us coming to them in a few days. Once the caravan arrived, Tony contacted us to have a look at it. It was perfect for us and we decided to go for it. Tony was amazing help, he never stopped and was always willing to do his best to help us. We as a family, would advise to go to burlingham caravans and speak to Tony. Best experience ever.

My mum and I went to have a look at touring caravans at Burlingham caravans and was met by a lovely gentleman called Tony. We explained to Tony that we was just looking at the moment as we were looking into buying one in the near future. However on finding a rare gem of a caravan that was fabulous for us and the right price we decided to buy it that day! The service from Tony was exceptional, he was such a friendly gent and couldn't do enough for us. Tony is obviously passionate about his job and endeavours to keep his customers happy.

Hats off to Alan and his team we truly had a wonderful experience from start to finish nothing is too much trouble for these guys they really make you feel welcome (even in these strange times) the set up they have for social distancing etc is very well observed they are very knowledgeable and patient they even swapped my old winterhoff hitch lock off my part exchange van for an alko one on our new purchase which we thought was a nice touch.well done guys keep up the good work,hopefully things will recover for you all.Cheers Stu & Maureen.

Hello. My wife and I were looking to part ex our caravan for one we had set our hearts on at Burlingham Caravans. We first rang at the beginning of April and were told they were not open for viewing or sales but to watch this space and call back after the government had made their announcement. Phil from Burlingham Caravans called us with a courtesy call to inform us they could now open for individual viewings/appointments so that they could start trading again. We made an appointment, arrived to find Alan and Phil observing social distancing with van's set up for viewing having been wiped down so you could enter the chosen van for viewing. When we went into their office/ shop area they had set up a table/ screens, sanitizer gloves etc so that we could sit feeling safe whilst we did our deal. The guys have really made the effort to make you feel safe and relaxed. Hats off to you! I would recommend phoning to make an appointment and go and have look!!

Fantastic service! We called on a wet and very windy Sunday afternoon to view some vans. I had wanted to get back into caravanning now that we are grandparents but my husband wasn’t so keen. We had a chat with Tony and he showed us two vans, the second of which was just what we wanted. Being female, I had to look at a few more of course and Tony was very accommodating. His knowledge of the caravans was excellent and we were never under any pressure to buy. We called back a few days later and secured the deal. This weekend we picked up our van and Tony gave us a thorough demonstration before sending us on our way. We had a great couple of days away and are already looking forward to our next trip. Of course, our 5 year old granddaughter loved every minute! Thankfully, so did John. I cannot recommend Burlingham’s or Tony highly enough. Excellent service from start to finish. Thank you Tony!

UPDATE
We have now owned our Bailey Verona GT65 for around 18 months. We are still just as pleased with it as we were on that first trip. Due to COVID restrictions, the van was kept in storage (outdoor) at short notice and for far longer than we would have liked. Thankfully it has over-wintered well and we have had no problems with it whatsoever. When initially using the van we had a number of queries and rang the dealers on a number of occasions. We had great service every time, often talking us through set ups and trouble shooting. Any time we have visited in person, we have been made to feel very welcome and have received excellent personal service. Tony in particular always greets us like long lost friends. I still highly recommend Burlingham’s who will be my first port of call if I ever want to upgrade.

It's been nearly 12 month since we bought our caravan from here and we decided it was time for a service before the season started. We booked it in, had a couple of small issues. The team were great as ever Tony and Alan couldn't do enough to ensure all the issues were addressed even better everything except the service was fixed under the warranty. The team here are great and when we are ready to update we will of course purchase another one from here. The after sales and servicing is second to none. Thanks Guys.

Well what a surprise. I found a perfect caravan on Auto Trader and realised that it was fairly local to where we lived. We thought "why not, lets have a look!".... we turned up and met Alan. What a great guy. He made us a cup of tea and left us to sit in the van. We were after a part exchange but didn't think we would manage this as ours was a specialist van. After chatting to Alan and Alan going to make some calls, he made us an offer for part ex and we have happily bought our first grown up caravan, (this means to us it has a bathroom and heating!!!) Such joy!. From start to finish Alan has been a true professional and has helped us all the way. From a specialist van with really nothing to it bar a bed and small kitchen we now have an all singing and dancing awesome caravan. We had no clue how it functions and Alan carefully went round the whole van teaching us how to use it properly. Nothing was too much trouble. We LOVE it. We also think Burlinghams is an excellent company and would not hesitate to go back. In fact all the caravan services in the future will be with Burlinghams. So a massive thank you to Alan. x

We've just bought our first ever caravan from burlinghams. Being novices the help and service provided by them was 2nd to none. I contacted them by phone to let them know we were coming to see a few of there vans and on arrival they had everything ready to view. They sorted us out with a starter kit and a good deal on the extras.. when picking our van up they gave a full and comprehensive walk trough all the heating , and tech details. A big thank you to Tony who made the experience a very pleasant and pressure free.

Called in on the offchance with a caravan indicator light problem which was stopping is going away. They were very busy, but within ten minutes the team had checked my bulb and lightholder, connected a simulator, and correctly diagnosed that the problem was with my car. It was a tight turn, so they unhitched me, turned the van and hitched me up again. I got the car electrics sorted elsewhere, and was able to set off layer on the day. Despite going out of their way to help a casual caller, Burlingame accepted no payment. Really customer orientated, thanks for sorting me out. Bob, Garstang.
