Absolutely atrocious. Bought a brand new car . It broke down within a week and twice more during the 1st 2 years . And although these repairs were under warranty I was offered no compensation. And then one week after warranty ran out gearbox and clutch went . Cost me £6000. Tried to get a bit of compensation just to help me out a bit but was met with an absolute refusal to even discuss
Basically it was you bought it so tough .

Will never use this company again .

I now go elsewhere for all our company vehicles

A good price, but once I had paid a deposit and placed my order, the customer service was extremely poor. Once delivery was late, I made countless calls to get updated information on the promised delivery date but no-one could give me one. Delivery date was missed by 5-6 weeks leaving me without a vehicle and having to temporarily close my business.
I sent in a complaint as per their website's "Complaints Handling Procedure" back on 13th October 2024 and chased it again on 30th October 2024 and I have not even had an acknowledgement, let alone a full reply.

I'll update this review if they do ever respond.

As you can see following my review on here they did reply only on here within a few days. However they have never acknowledged any of the emails I sent to them directly and still have not addressed any of the points in those emails. It shows a complete disregard for customer care and a failure to adhere to their own complaints policy.

Excellent straight forward everything as expected

Everything went smoothly and any small delays were probably due to my feeble computer skills emails etc.

Experience from start to finish was excellent every time I rang with a question they was more than glad to help as for the car fantastic and great price you would be paying a lot more on the forecourt thanks cab direct 👍

I ordered the vehicle in May 2023 , I was given the first delivery date as December 2023 , 1 day before the delivery date I got a call saying due to unforeseen circumstances, it will now be January 2024 , then that changed to March 2024 , then I received an email saying week commencing May 2024 , I then get a call early October 2024 your vehicle has arrived, to be fare it’s lovely
