Late delivery as waited four months longer than originally told , wipers clashing which I had to get a mechanic to rectify as ford could not fit me in straight away I could drive any further it was dangerous in the rain and was scared I may lose wipers , mats not suitable in front as only cover 2/3 of the carpet , rear boot liner is to small but have been told why . Over all lovely car but I have had to chase it as the dealer never contacted me to advise if delays also had to ask dealer regarding any breakdowns not received any details for breakdown or warranty

trying to get information about intercom flaut on a 2019 ford procab , itercom works when doors are open and not when (any ideas) but no help what so ever

I spoke to Terri, the sales woman, a few times to make sure that I was happy with the car and who I was buying it from. Straight away I felt comfortable and there was no hard sale. She was amazing and would highly recommend Cab Direct, Terri and the rest of the team. I was told that I would get the car with in two weeks and I did. Not a good experience of customer service as there customer service is like they don't want to listen to you want to say only not to listen not happy with there phone support what so ever.
