You save thousands of pounds on chassis they do all the hard work for you. You just pop a deposit down and the service is all sorted out for you. The customer service sales rep. Stuart is always my 1st to go to. He looks after you gets what you need will definitely be buying more vehicles. This is my third vehicle from them never had a problem. Five star service

A company like cab direct worth…
A company like cab direct worth millions but they didn't hesitate to charge me over £5000 comparing to advertising price in that time.
I called a day before the delivery day and one other agent told me i will speak to the manager to solve the issue but it was just words coming from the mouth for me to sign, when i got the car he never contacted me.
Tried to reach the person i dealed with for a period of two months they always telling is busy, in the end he come up with another version to close the case.
I never got that deference back and i end up by paying £87 extra for the next 60 months.
Well played.
My advise to who ever want to buy a car keep checking the price during the time you wait for the delivery.

I’ve been waiting 6 weeks for some basic AC Fittings. Every time I call, nobody responds back. I asked for them to ship what they had on the day I ordered because 1 item was back ordered. I have received nothing.

Overall good
My overall experience has been good and Terri has been very helpful however I was disappointed with Engineering as my meter was not calibrated correctly to my type of vehicle resulting in me having to get a council MOT twice and going to Clydebank to get it correctly Calibrated.
