Word of warning. Cab direct will not offer any sort if decent service once you have signed your paperwork and the car eventually turns up.You can never speak to warrenty department, apparently they ring you. Been a month now, and something which was a small problem of a major wiring loom being left unprotected to all the abuse of british weather under the car(caused by cabdirects "mechanics/engineers/installers") has grown to my 3 month old car being off the road and im having to pay as main dealer cant touch it for another 2 weeks with no promise of a repair. All i got told by customer services when i finally got to talk to someone this past monday, its pretty much tough, and ill have to wait for main dealer and warrenty dept will ring later(they never do).countless unreturned calls and emails, they are anabsolute shambles. Ford wont fix something that cabdirect have installed, so im stuck.
Check online reviews, its not just me. 3rd car from them, other than being delivered late every time (4 weeks the second car), thankfully ive not had to deal with warrenty till now. But the way this is being dealt with is shocking, they just do not want to know. 2 people from the Gloucester rank were looking to buy and ive recommended elsewhere to them, i will not give any more money to this lot, and will discourage anyone else to do so.

UPDATE 2! Fault with rear fold out seats. Aftermarket part so not covered by Ford. Take day off on arranged day, promised a morning appointment as bioked 3 weeks ago. Technician hasnt shown up and surprise surprise, im on hold yet again. So more time off work for no reason and more broken promises.
PLEASE FOR YOUR OWN SANITY, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!

We came home,on Oct 2nd,tired,worn out after an ordeal,at the airport in Lisbon,regarding passenger )locater forms and covid tests (,difficult ,draining time.)Do be carefull!!!
Like many of other travellers,we grabbed a taxi,with( (cab vision,)company,lined up outside,Heathrow,main doors,across the rd,,it's cost us 131.00 and was a ,meterd,read, (expensive),we were told we could be dropped of to get a train,in central london,)knowing,we were exhausted,and had no choice,we were basically cornerd),the taxi driver was ok,pleasant enough, and tried to justify,his fare),we feel conned,as we had no Time,to pre book,a cab,)and had an appt booked,but didn't make it,because the clinic was far away,we were put on the spot,and cab vision,are fully aware there are tired people coming in from trips,and they,exploit the situation,)to maximise,there fare potential,this should be regulated,and prices clearer,instead of a guessing game,I will warn people,to becarefull,and prepared.)and eventually no one will use you're guess game services.

Absolute joke of a company for after sales service. A swivel chair which has hardly been used in wheelchair accessible taxi not working.as out of years warranty taxi was not put on the road until mid September 2020. Lucky in the year that rear seats have been used 19 times poor quality build. And very poor customer service

Brand new procab March 2020 development and fault with the fare assisted doors.
Cab direct sent out a mobile technician. On arrival he said that he was unqualified to work on the procab but said lets learn while we go.
When he left the doors couldn't be opened at all and he also dented both the rear doors trying to fix the problem. I phoned cab direct straight away. And within two days the cab was collected and sent back to Glasgow Scotland to have the dents and locking mechanism repaired. After 4 weeks off work the cab was returned.
But the respray was terrible with thick orange peel effect and runs in the paint.
They gave it back with an empty tank
It stank of cigarettes and the meter had been recalibrated to wrong Tariff and it had black greasy finger prints all over head lining. Which i made a official complaint. Only to be told that the vehicle was of Exceptable standard. It has taken 3 months for them to give me authorisation to get rear doors resprayed after getting three other paint shops telling them it was of a bad standard.
So i have now lost 5 weeks of work because they sent out a unqualified technician.
And they said they wouldn't be paying me any compensation.
Nice way to treat a loyal customer that has spent over £100.000 with them

I am very sorry l bought a brand new ford transit June 2018 from cab Direct. The car came with serious Adblue leakage which l only discovered during my first oil change, because the leakage drops into the tary under the engine and built a big solid salt in the engine which affects all the injectors. Cab Direct never answered my letters and when l call, l am promise to receive a call back which l didn’t, l was even told that my representative was on holidays and will call me back. In short, cab direct is getting away with this criminal offence because they sell you the car for personal use and therefore you stand no chance with the ombudsman because you used the car for business. I need a law firm that can take on cab Direct for me because I told them that I am a taxi Driver and the car was for business, but they represented me to Blackhorse as a personal customer. I have lost £33,000 as the car wouldn’t work and l fall behind the payment. Can any lawyer help please, because the only thing stated on my contract that I am a taxi Driver which means l was going to use the car for taxi, and not personal.

They will take your money and send you a rotten Taxi! Do not listen any words they say, all are lies. My first Taxi had a faulty engine, exhaust fell off after a week, shock springs were broken, yet they claimed Taxi had a new MOT and been checked, lies, lies, lies....all those cost me lots of money as were not covered by their shody warranty!......then I made a second mistake , thoughts I could buy a new Taxi from them, well first found out that Taxi had been over 6 months pre-registered!!! Basically Pre-owned over 6 months but being sold as new!!! Then when I cancelled the order on the same day, now they're refusing to give me my deposit back! There was no written terms to say so nor was I told that was the case, especially when I cancelled the order on the same day! No response from my email or anyone willing to answer my calls. I keep being pushed around for over 4 months now! I can tell you that I will fight for my money until to my grave!
So anyone out there, stay away from Cab Direct/ Allied Vehicles! DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY, DON'T LISTEN ANYTHING FROM SALE PEOPLE AS STORIES WILL CHANGE AFTER THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY!!!

Where do i start, ordered a toyota corolla, all sorted within 2 weeks. I dont know about the other reviews for this company but the dealing i had with Helen B was amazing. She helped majorly with the price, got it all sorted within 2 days, and all the paper work and payment was done within 5 days, not much chasing around needed. Car is brand new and delivered on the date they stated. Everytime i called they answered all my questions and helped speed up the process. WIll recommend this company and purchase from them again.
Horrendous company DO NOT DEAL WITH once they have your money not interested . Had problems since day one with brand new van been constantly in garage with fault . Customer Service department don’t want to know , told today service manager Andy was dealing with it when asking his full name told they aren’t allowed to give it out , not allowed to give Email or number . Have been trying to speak to him for 2 weeks . Brand new van delivered 11th Dec been on the road 9 days rest of time in garage . They don’t care all they care about is getting your money stay away from this excuse of a company currently sat no van , getting no calls loosing business on a daily bases . Update company taking no responsibility still refusing to accept vehicle back van been sat in garage for last two weeks with still the same fault that was raised on 21st December. Single run company not been able to work since 21st December having to pay a loan on a vehicle that is not fit for purpose .

Further to our phone conversation, we are unable to support a rejection on your TRAFIC van.
As this case has been brought forward to us on the 22nd of January 2020, which was purchased from Cabs Direct (a non Renault Approved Dealer).
Whilst you feel we should support a rejection, we as a manufacturer have the right to conduct a mechanical repair under warranty. The Dealership are liaising with our Technical team in France to find an imminent and permanent repair method. I do appreciate this is a frustrating situation for you, and we are doing everything possible to fix the issue.
Throughout this complaint, we are unable to liaise with Cab Direct directly regarding your request for a rejection as they are not a Renault approved dealership.
I will continue to keep you updated on a weekly basis. I appreciate that you want to refer matters to The Motor Ombudsman as we have not been able to fix your vehicle and we would welcome you to do this as your next escalation point.

Horrendous company... Please do your homework before purchasing from this business... I have had a nightmare dealing with this outfit and so have others.... Don't do it
Cab Direct, where to start. If faulty towers is a word it is been invented after dealing with cab direct. i brought 2 cars from cab direct one brand new E class, which was faulty from day one it spended more time in garage then on road and cab direct took no responsibility of faulty car, second one i brought used car and they informed me the car is been computerised checked and all is well with car and has got MOT but very next week i brought the car all warning lights illuminated and independent garage informed me someone sold faulty car to cab direct and they just switch off the lights cause they do not come under old MOT . I requested computerised diagnostics report instead they try send me monetary voucher.
Buy anywhere but cab direct there after sales is diabolical and customer services is non existent. rude and no knowledge about there own product, they will transfer from one desk to another but no solution. In the end you will just leave all the hope. Lost lots of money with cab direct.
Don't trust there advertisement and salesman , they sold me car when recall was active by manufacture and they put wrong parts in car , never expect the car unless doing test drive and have full service history make sure service is not miss (they can misled you ) pay maxium ammount by Credit cards ( under section you can claim back ) check warranty is active ( the sold me when it not active )
They don't give you right to appeal but under law you right to go ombudsmen if they not sort out your compalin
Make complain with them and keep record as they are not trust worthy
It's shame they even can play with disable persons life by providing them car with wrong parts (as they done with me )
They very sharp they know you need it and they will sale you car with nice words but don't trust there words ( as I am victim of that )
Can direct is trading name of Allaied Vehcile so make note Cab Direct legaly nothing and they know that and use as cover up
They may and they did sale a car with damage and wrong parts and make promise even in writing to cover the repairs cost but don't trust there emails as they done with me and broke the writen promise and they will push you to singh the delivery note and they will come back to you to resolve the issue that car have don't trust them its just words even in writen they will naver come back to you to do fallow up so if you notice any issue with car reject the delivery otherwise once you expect the delivery, you are a just stupid catch like me and they will make laugh out if you

If I could give them zero stars I would,salesman lied to me over the phone about the fact he can’t sell my taxi as it’s mot euro 6 compliant so I told him it was and also told him the date the law changed on sept 1 2016 he blustered and said he would call me back absolute con to get my trade in down to maximise there profit .
After waiting 3 months for delivery (much longer than told in the beginning). The meter does not work!!!. They really don’t know what they are doing. One department tells you one thing another tells you something else. They lie to keep you sweet. Now I’ve got to try and get them to fix or even correctly get a meter fitted. I would never recommend them at all. It’s been a horrible experience.
I will never deal with these cowboys again I ordered some parts for my peugeot partner and was told will be with me next day but the next day never came they never sent me the parts and the guy named Daniel was total waste of time just kept telling me lies still waiting for refund please avoid dealing with cabdirct.
