Ordered a new car to use as a taxi, 6 week wait which is below average in the current climate. Car was a good price, Kevin answered all my questions patiently car was delivered on time. Would recommend if buying a new car give this company a serious look

Stuart at Cab direct was wonderful and supportive throughout the whole process. The transaction went through very smoothly and I got the car I wanted at a price I was happy with. It also arrived faster than it would have direct through the dealer. The team at Cab direct were professional and I could not have been happier.

Purchased a Ford ProCab on the 29 of July 2019 delivered to me with scratches under their Taxi sign-writing on one of the side doors which they refused to cover for respray the side door saying that it wasn't like that when they sent it to me but they couldn't see that cause it was hidden under their sign-writing. After that on the 30th of June 2021 they had to change my intercom unit cause it went bust after not even 2 years with a new unit with a new serial number which went bust again on the 24 of June 2022 which by law being a new product with a new serial number cause they couldn't fix the old one should have 12 month warranty on it which they refuse to give and send me a new intercom so i can use my taxi properly. My advice to everybody don't ever buy a taxi from them cause after you buy it they don't care about you anymore but until you are in the purchase process they do anything for you.
Update: Reached the Manager Andy and matter solved with my intercom unit. I fitted it in my Procab and all is back on track.

Do not order a taxi from this rubbish company. I put a order for hybrid corrola back in October paid them deposit and was promised i will get it In March 2022. Come February I was told I will get it in November 2022 so I waited. Come end of April I had a phone call from Kevin to tell me that the car I ordered will not be delivered. Was offered another rubbish car and he wanted another 2500£ on top which I refused so he went ahead and cancelled my order. These people are only there to rip you taxi drivers off. Shame on cab direct. Go else where and get a better deal thats what I will be doing. DO NOT TRUST THESE BUNCH OF JOKERS.ALL THEY WILL DO IS MESS YOU AROUND.
