This was my first time buying my own taxi and these guys made it such an easy process….nothing was too much trouble for them and they were always there to help throughout the entire process….wouldn’t hesitate to buy my next taxi from these guys in the future

Broken contract, did not deliver what was ordered
If you order your taxi with meter & roof sign fitted, that's what you should get. I got phone call day before delivery to say that would not happen as their fitter got stuck in traffic! Promised that Digitax would be in contact to arrange the fitting in my local area. 5 days later I did 220 mile round trip to a Digitax fitter. They failed to fit or tariff it. Over a week now & still not sorted. Please don't let it happen to you, refuse delivery till they can deliver what u ordered. I'm down over £1,000 in lost revenue, they promised a manager would be in touch but still nothing. Ive had to start legal action today, to try & recoup loss of earnings & get them to fulfill original contract. Should have learnt from past experience, but their prices are fantastic & thought I'd give them a 2nd chance. Reviews on here were great.
