Unfortunately, Toyota stopped production on the vehicle in question as they began producing a new, higher spec model. This meant that they cancelled many orders coming from Cab Direct, meaning we could not fulfil your order for this vehicle. We, in turn, offered customers to either cancel their order with us for a full refund, or upgrade to the new model at the new price that reflects the upgraded vehicle by Toyota.

I put an order and paid deposit back in…
I put an order and paid deposit back in March/April 20222 for toyota corolla estate (Design) only to find out in late January/February 2023 that i will not be getting the vehicle I ordered apparently due to toyota mess up. However cab direct can offer me different variant which has less spec but i need to pay more due to Toyota increasing prices, as i was stuck all around so had to pay extra. Not a brilliant first experience i am afraid to say.

Second time purchase
This is the second time I have purchased a vehicle from cab direct, the service is faultless and Terri is a pleasure to deal with.

Sandra was brilliant I was let down by the taxi centre and she came through for me and got my car in the time frame she said she would and she’s a lovley woman to boot easy to deal with so will definitely use cab direct again in the future 👏👏

The sales staff are very good
The sales staff are very good! Good and prompt communication and message etc.but I haven't get my delivery ontime but I get eventually a month after .Thanks to Terry and the whole team, the delivery man aswell. Over all its okay.

brilliant service from the start to end
Excellent service before and after the sale, Terry has been spot on with everything dealt professionally. I was worried at the beginning after some mixed reviews but they are all about delayed orders you will get your vehice just be patient. My car was delivered to derby within 3 weeks from paying the deposit. Cab direct are authorised by FBA so you don’t have to be worried about anything.

What went wrong where shall i start after 15 months I have recieved my vehicle and Terry the sales lady she was awesome all the way through this dilema she reasured me and rang me on numerous occasion to provide an update, I can not applause her enough she stayed calm and professional even as i kept stressing her out. Thank you Terry your one of a kind lady and cab direct do not deserve you.

They changed the price after 6 months…
They changed the price after 6 months after I did order my car and then give me option of cancel your order after all waiting time or pay extra 2300£ extra for same car !!!!! What a customer service and after 30 days having the car inside passenger side bottom left corner is falling in part and the navigation is absolutely useless you pay for something which is not useable 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄😤

Don't buy a taxi from here
I bought a brand new Mercedes vito on July 2020 although it had been registered in Dec 2019. I enquired about this and asked if this would affect my 3yrs unlimited mileage warranty that they used as a selling point to sell the vehicle. Mr Fraser assured me several times that I would still get 3yrs cover. He lied and lied and lied again. I have contacted them regarding this matter, and Andy Rob just dismissed my concerns and gave me no apologies whatsoever. Very dismissive abrupt and condescending.
Cab direct after sales is also shocking you never get anywhere with them. They're a disgrace of a company just want the sales.
Avoid at all costs.

Don't get fooled by the fake reviews below 👇. After almost two weeks I haven't received my finance paperwork. On three occasions I have been told that I will receive it by next day.
No answers to emails. No communication at all. Not a single time I have been contacted about the process I have to keep calling, emailing and chasing them without any response.
Not good enough.
