Biggest scam ever

Winder GA location was horrible. Absolutely a horrendous nightmare. Had to wait for TWO hours to get photos taken that we didn’t even want, in a loud warehouse type setting. It’s ridiculous to pay $60 JUST for a yearbook photo. Then they said I could not decline the portfolio being sent to me. So now I have to take the time to drive it back to the post office or to the studio to return something I don’t want in the first place. Worst experience getting photos taken of my entire life. I could have hired a photographer and gotten it done in 10 minutes. NEVER go here.

Absolutely the worst

Absolutely the worst. Pictures are ridiculous. Charged for things we didn't order. Can't get an answer to a question. They can't take phone calls and won't answer emails. I can't even send a new email because my son's school isn't listed and I can't send a message without choosing a school. FB and tweets are ignored.

My Son had his SR photos taken in…

My Son had his SR photos taken in November 2020. I was told they'd let me know when the pics were ready. I waited patiently. In January I emailed. I got customer service.. They texted me all of the pics with "proof" all over them. I asked why they were not available on the account I setup. I got no clear answer. Everytime I log into my account, I am told I can't see the photos until I order a package. I can't pick what photos I want? I have to buy all of them. I've called. No answer. I've emailed no answer. I will try one more time to message them through text. I'm going to let the school see all of this... Hopefully, they will not use this company again. My younger Son starts High School next semester...when he graduates I will make sure the school has found a better company for our "once in a lifetime" pics.

SCAM...stay away!

I only used this company because my child's school required it for inclusion in the school yearbook. This company is a scam! They required your bank information to schedule to have yearbook photos. Then they send you a portfolio with your request or order. After receiving, I requested in writing how to return this to them, as I was not interested. I notified them, in writing, that they were not authorized to withdraw funds from my bank because I did not want it nor did I order it. No response. Then on a Friday afternoon, they withdraw funds from my account. I have to chase them down through Facebook and finally got someone on the phone. They tried to make it my fault; said they will consider the refund once I return their portfolio. They finally agreed to provide me with how I could return it, but still will not return my money. I asked for a supervisor and evidently they have no supervisors at the company and no voice mails to leave a message. This company is just a scam hoping to steal people's money. The schools should be ashamed letting this happen just to get your kid's picture in the yearbook!

This company charged my credit card…

This company charged my credit card $205 for a picture portfolio. I didn't know that I needed to return it. They said it was in the terms and conditions. I scheduled the $30 sitting fee and they told me that during the order process it's in bold writing if you click on the box to read through their terms and conditions. This is very deceptive. They send 100 marketing emails per week but failed to notify the consumer in a manner that was highly visible that they had to pay $205 to keep the portfolio. I don't want it. I've already paid almost $400 for the pictures. I want my money back asap and for them not to make any additional unauthorized charges to my bank account.
