Great products and service
We have a swim spa/hot tub installed and serviced by Catalina Spas and right from the start they were brilliant!
Installation was a tricky one, but carried out professionally and on time - despite the snow!
It's easy to make annual service bookings, and when we have a problem they talk us through it if is something we can sort, otherwise they make a speedy visit. We can't recommend them highly enough - thank you all!

Good service and support
Over 4 or 5 year’s experience I have found them to be responsive with friendly customer service and knowledgeable technical advice when needed. Communications are good and I have been happy and confident in recommending the company to others.

Aftercare means we will not use again
We bought a spa from Catalina in 2011 and have been pleased. However when we needed a new cover in 2018 it took more than a year to come from America yes a year! Now i needed a new lift arm but despite being promised it was a temporary fix and the engineer would return due to unexpected rotten wood they want to charge me again having paid already. Shame id have used them for my next spa purchase but the aftercare is so poor.

We are sorry that you are not happy with the aftercare we have given.
We were unable to fit the cover lifter in the place of the old one because of the rotten cabinet. We are unsure as to how we can be held accountable for this, especially as we asked about the condition of the cabinet in advance of our visit. If the wooden cabinet was still available to purchase and we had it in the van there would have still been extra charges due as the engineer would of needed to reconstruct your cabinet which would of taken him over 1 hour which you had paid for.
We are a small family business and we pride ourselves on our customer service and dedication to our customers. We are sorry that you feel the need to leave us a negative review.
