Lamont responded straight away to resolve my issue which enabled me to finish the installation. Been with cctv since the they started and have never been interested in leaving, great support from all the team.

Spoke to Lamont at support yesterday as I was having trouble connecting a new UNV IP camera to replace a faulty one. I couldn’t get my laptop to connect to it, but he remotely accessed my laptop and reconfigured the network settings so I could connect to the new camera. Everything was sorted in about 10 minutes. Top man — really knows his stuff!

I have just upgraded the CCTV system at my house using the Tri-Guard 3 8MP cameras with Wise-ISP software, Owlview hardware, and a new AI NVR from CCTV Direct.
The last time I installed a system from CCTV Direct was around 10 years ago, and I felt it was time for an upgrade with all the new technology now available. All I can say is, wow! The difference in quality is incredible.
When deciding to upgrade my cameras and NVR, I spoke with Matt in sales, who guided me through the best system for my needs. What I really appreciated was that Matt was not pushy at all, in fact, he was initially pointing me towards a cheaper system that would still have done the job perfectly well. In the end, I decided to invest a little more for the full “all-singing, all-dancing” setup, and I’m so glad I did. I placed at paid for the order at 5:20pm and it was delivered the following morning on a Saturday by DPD at 10:15am
Anyone can buy a camera system online, but what really sets CCTV Direct apart is their sales team and then their technical support, both of which are second to none. Once all the cameras were installed and working, I called the tech desk and spoke with Dan. He patiently went through each camera one by one and configured everything to give me the best possible performance.
That level of service is hard to find these days, and it made a huge difference. I honestly cannot recommend CCTV Direct enough.

I bought three Hanwha cameras from CCTV Direct as they had the best price available. They were quickly delivered, and when I installed them they all showed moisture inside the lens. Unfortunately it didn't clear up in a few days so I contacted the support team.
Lamont Marshall helped me throughout and he was so friendly and understanding, he went above and beyond to make sure I was sent out replacements which were tested and have been working absolutely fine. I was so impressed by the support and I'll definitely be recommending others to use CCTV Direct in future. Lamont is a credit to the company. Thanks again for your help!

Adam was very helpful and sorted within minutes .

I had a fault with the microphone on one of my uni view tri-guard 2.0 cameras, Dan Lee at tech support remoted in on the EZ view app and checked it out, he also updated the NVR and camera software. He confirmed one of the cameras had a faulty microphone which is under warranty and now can be replaced by my installer. It was quick, easy and hassle free very efficient.

Have dealt with this company many times mainly with Lamont from Tech. Dept. Great friendly, professional helpful advice. No task too much and time not an issue. Would defo recommend to anyone.

He was able to resolve my technical issues whilst i was abroad. I was impresed by his customer focus (remembering my issue) when I called once back in the UK about another matter.

Lamont from CCTV Direct was amazing.

So we were really struggling with an unusual issue with 4 cameras on a 26 camera system were on line but no Live view.
Lamont remotely logged in, spent time diagnosing the problem and sorted it out in no time at all.
