I swapped my wife’s and myself to this…
I swapped my wife’s and myself to this company. As we were away on holiday we arrange to port our sims till when we got home. But unfortunately they did it when we were away so could not put our new sims in and had no phones. I spent the whole of Friday afternoon chasing around to try and sort my wife’s sim out. Mine was fine no issues. After lots of calls to Mathew he tried to sort for us but still had a problem finally got it sorted thanks to Ian doing an update or reboot and Ashley I think her name was finally got it sorted by 5pm.
Have to say it was a stressful afternoon.

Well from the first contact to me getting a new phone and contact the service center was very helpful and polite and price was reasonable and within my budget and a week or two later I had a issue with my phone and the team was very helpful with solving the problem would highly recommend this company as I feel that they would truly help you out and after I had the issue with my phone they rang me up to see if the problem had been resolved and the lady was very helpful and friendly ash and Matt and Ben thank you so very much for your help and support thank you

Good service
Well, just moved from another supplier and thought Chadwell sounds ok so give it a go. Over the moon on only second day because reception is up there where it has never been before and I can use the 5G stuff for my music. Good communications as well. Just talking to Kirsty and was told a couple of things that I never knew about. Brilliant.

I was amazed how easy Chadwell Telecom made it to switch. Had I known I would have done it months ago. I think it was Damon/Damion? The process was seamless. Everything happened as described by the operative.
I now have great service and constant 5G

Very helpful. So far so great.
