Excellent service from first contact
Excellent service from first contact. Amir was polite, friendly, explained everything clearly to a non-tech dinosaur and sorted out a suitable sim only plan at a great price. Also it’s good to know that if there are any future problems I can speak with a human. If the after care customer service is as pain free, then all’s good.

Great (effortless on my part) service.
Ben got me a good deal and talked me through the whole process...making it easy for me to follow. He processed everything - all I had to do was provide the info, a rare service these days. He's friendly, informative and efficient.

Absolutely brilliant this company
Absolutely brilliant this company, ive had numerous issues with providers in the past and moved to these via Uswitch, like everything else with IT you hit challenges, Neil at Chadwell totally got me up and running today being able to use my phones data, the staff here are only too keen to help you out, its brilliant speaking to a human rather than queuing and pressing numbers, only for the call to drop out ! None of that here, so glad they have my back, best decision moving, a big shout out to Ashleigh also, thank you so much guys 🙏

Further to the email from Joe Thomas dated 17th October, confirming that a credit has been issued, we raised a case on your behalf with the network provider to request that your account be credited.
I have called to follow up on this matter to help ensure that the account credit is applied by the network, I am happy to confirm that this has been added and I will try calling to speak to you.
