an online order
It was simple to order a hat online in Nov 18 which was received but it was the wrong size. Trying to arrange the redelivery of the smaller size hat has been quite difficult and I am still waiting for a replacement hat or a refund. I think a better method to obtain a hat is to go to the shop to try it on.

There were some difficulties with my order. No fault of Christy’s, due rather to the costs and complications of international shipping. Christy’s however went out of their way to see that things were rectified and that I was fully satisfied in the end. Way, way out of their way. A first rate cap from a first-plus rate milliner and customer service team. Buy from them with confidence.

I have never been disappointed in the service I have received by telephone or online, in the quality of the hats or in the quality of the other products I have purchased. A company to trust for all your hats.
A company that knows hats, and has a pedigree of fine hat making. I love all of their styles,especially the Fedora's, I love my Fedora hats and I am pleased to see them become more fashionable. F you want to wear a hat, don't buy cheaper copy's as they won't cut cut the mustard, buy in confidence from Christy's. They are awesome hats and their customer service iscsevond to none. Top class service from top hat makers.

I ordered 3 hats and only received 2
I ordered 3 hats and only received 2. When I called the store they told me they knew they only sent 2 and would refund me for the one they didn’t send. I still have not received the refund and it’s been over a month and no reply’s to my emails. I will never order from them again. Horrible experience and horrible customer service.
