Great engineer
Service engineer was good for making contact before our appointment and was pleasant, efficient and considerate when he was here.
I would have given this a 5 star rating except that there was a glitch with the appointment at the call centre so that he did not turn up on the original date arranged.

Its a pity the admin is so poor when the actual systems and engineers are so good.
great service but difficult to access. Why input customer number on the phone pad when its the first thing asked.
Also I have a integrated fore and security system, each time I call I have to convince the team member that it not just security.
